Chapter 3462: Portal

Rean came out with Kentucky that day and began to build a concealing formation around that Pseudo Temporal Path. Kentucky stayed out and tested it with his Divine Sense. Finally, the two of them came out of the underground, but not before leaving a lot of Divine Stones so the Device would work for a long time.

"Okay... so we are just beside the Qlonvi Continent," Rean spoke for a moment. "Should we travel back to the Divine Snow Mountain Sect like we did last time or go back to Qlonvi and take the Teleport Formation? We do have a lot of Rank Seven Divine Stones, after all."

*Zush!*

Roan came out once again, speaking, "I’m still going to the Glacial Corrior to take a look around. If we can find a Temporal Path to the Underworld there, we can at least save its location for future uses in case we come back. As for you, go back and continue your work on the Armor."

Rean had been working on the armor for a while, and although he wasn’t close to finishing it, the progress was good. It’s just that he lacked the cultivation to research some of the more critical Circuitry Formation Runes, especially Divine Sense ones. Nonetheless, that didn’t stop him from laying the groundwork. "We need to get to the Space-Bending Realm soon. That should be enough for me to put up an early version of the armor."

"Zangeshu is in the Space-Bending Realm Initial Stage now, isn’t he?" Kentucky asked on the side. "Can’t you ask him to make those runes?"

"I can’t," Rean shook his head. "Did you forget how things work for us? We are always able to jump a realm or two when it comes to cultivation requirements because of all our advantages. Zangeshu would need to be in the Elemental Space Realm, at the very least, to build those runes. Believe me, I tried to get him to make them, and they all failed miserably. The guy was quite mad that he couldn’t do it that day. Hahaha! Well, it is good since he will definitely put even more effort into cultivation due to that."

"Cultivation..." Roan pondered a bit. "Now that I think about it, I did mention I wanted to cultivate back to the Space-Bending Realm with Celis’s help. Let’s do this: I’ll go to the Glacial Corridor and take a look with Kentucky while Rean works on his runes. Once that is over, we will return to the Divine Snow Mountain Sect and immediately put Celis to work."

’I’m already working...’ Celis’s voice echoed in their minds with Sister Orb’s help. ’But it is true that I would be wasting these Starlight Stones if I use them now. It will be better to use them in the Sect since the Sect has that forest you mentioned. I just hope it truly does have all that wood element you spoke about.’

Celis did indeed start to cultivate, but he could only use the normal Starlight Energy in the surroundings. He didn’t have his own star. However, Celis’s innate absorption ability made it several times faster than if Kentucky was doing the same thing. ’I have to say, Starlight Energy truly is delaying our cultivation speed by a lot. And with the Starlight Stones we have here, especially with my presence, we probably won’t be able to reach the Space-Time Realm. We will need another source.’

’We can think about it once we use what we have. At that time, we will have a much higher cultivation, which obviously will make things easier,’ Roan commented. ’Anyway, let’s get to work.’

With everything decided, Roan and Kentucky restarted their journey, flying to the Glacial Corridor. Rean went back to the Dimensional Realm and worked with Zangeshu, while Celis cultivated for the four of them. It wasn’t much if he was doing it alone, but it was better than nothing.

---

Having already experienced the journey before, Roan and Kentucky went west but changed direction slightly. Last time, they arrived right at the center of the Glacial Corridor, and its origin was many continents to the north, over a hundred. So, instead, they moved slightly northwest instead.

Finally, they arrived in the Fencawo Continent, which was where the Glacial Corridor started. Of course, the Glacial Overflow was long gone. Back then, it would only last around 30 years, and it was at its critical point. The twins had been here over 70 years ago, so there was nothing happening. Anyone could pass through the corridor or use teleport formations without any issues.

Roan and Kentucky easily found where the Glacial Overflow originated since it was quite a famous place... although it was also quite dangerous. Surprisingly, it didn’t start underground, but in the air. Roan and Kentucky saw how this place also had the Glacial Decay Runes running around. It’s just that their concentration at the moment wasn’t even a thousandth of what they were during the overflow. As long as the expert took care, this amount of runes wasn’t really an issue.

There were also many Demon Beasts here, as well as Spirits. The environment itself was quite good for those with Water Affinity or anything related to Water Element and its variants. Too bad it wasn’t as good as when the Glacial Overflow was occurring.

"What is that?" Kentucky looked to the sky, and he saw a huge blue sphere in the distance.

Soon, Roan noticed it as well, and they got closer. At some point, they approached a cultivator nearby who had a similar cultivation to theirs. "Hello, friend. Do you know what that sphere is over there?"

The guy wasn’t very happy his cultivation was stopped and glanced at Kentucky, who had made the question. "Why are you asking me? Can’t you just check the network? That’s obviously the Glacial Overflow Portal."

Roan and Kentucky looked at each other. Then, taking their CDs out, they searched for information regarding it. Turns out it had nothing to do with the Underworld...
