Chapter 5703: All Laws Return to the Source

These two flames were tiny, looking like candle flames, yet their auras changed the color of this realm.

They flickered on Long Chen’s middle finger and thumb, making the heavens and earth tremble. The sky and ground seemed to switch places, as if time and space had been overturned.

“Those flames are…”

Jiang Yue’e couldn’t believe her eyes. Feng Fei also gasped when she saw those flames.

The flames seemed to contain the essence of all transformations within heaven and earth. As if the sun and moon shone simultaneously, their presence shook everyone’s hearts. Yet, despite their overwhelming presence, the gathered experts showed little fear.

Instead, they subtly positioned themselves behind their respective leaders, believing that no matter how powerful Long Chen was, he couldn’t possibly change the tide when surrounded by so many opponents.

“Boss has a new move,” said Bai Xiaole.

Bai Xiaole’s eyes sparkled with excitement. Meanwhile, the Dragonblood warriors seized the brief break to recover, anticipation growing among them.

Fantian De sneered, “Long Chen, stop trying to act mysterious. That’s just the Sun Flame and Moon Flame. A mere flicker of their energy means nothing before me. If you know what’s good for you, hand over the Emperor Blood Crystal. Do so, and I’ll spare your life and forget our grievances.”

Long Chen slowly turned to face Fantian De and the vast human army behind him.

His lips curled into a mocking sneer, and he said, “Even now, I still don’t understand. Why must fellow humans always kill each other? Are humans really willing to side with their enemies just for profit? Are there truly no eternal enemies—only eternal profit?”

Long Chen’s voice was icy, cutting through the crowd like a blade. His words struck not only the human experts but also the Devil race, Blood race, Evil Spirit race, and more. These races had waged war against humanity for countless years, yet today, they stood united with humans to besiege the Dragonblood Legion. The sight was a grim satire of reality.

“Cut the crap! Fantian De is the real leader of our race, the one who will restore our former glory! The Emperor Blood Crystal would be wasted in your hands. Hand it over, or you and your subordinates will die here!” a man behind Fantian De bellowed.

The one shouting wasn’t even from the Brahma Pill Valley, his origins unclear. Behind Fantian De stood countless human experts, clad in robes of varying sects. Tens of thousands had either succumbed to his pressure or willingly pledged allegiance.

They followed him blindly, having abandoned any sense of righteousness. Whatever Fantian De commanded, they obeyed and would even compete for his favor.

Previously, they had fought fiercely against the Dragonblood Legion. Despite suffering heavy casualties, their lineup remained strong.

“Helping a dog eat shit,” mocked Long Chen.

“You…!” The man seethed with fury. He was a half-step Human Emperor, yet he dared not step forward.

Let alone not having the courage to fight Long Chen solo, even while speaking to him, this coward was carefully standing right behind Fantian De. He was worried about a sneak attack ending his pathetic life.

Fantian De’s patience wore thin. He exclaimed, “Long Chen, you have no other choice! Give up! You know the Brahma Pill Valley’s methods. Opposing me won’t just mean your death—it will mean the death of everyone connected to you! They will all die miserable deaths!”

Long Chen chuckled. “You must really want to die. I never expected Lord Brahma would have such a pathetic son.”

Suddenly, the two flames on Long Chen’s fingers changed. Tiny figures emerged—Golden Crows and Jade Rabbits.

As the Golden Crows merged with the Sun Flame and the Jade Rabbits with the Moon Flame, an enormous sun and moon materialized in the sky. Darkness and light interwove, and the sun and moon’s radiance combined. Black and white flipped, throwing the world’s laws into chaos

In the primal chaos space, one Golden Crow after another broke out of their shells. They had finally undergone nirvanic rebirth after accumulating enough energy.

As for the Jade Rabbits, they had rapidly grown thanks to the nourishment of the Moon Trees. Though individually weaker than the Golden Crows, their sheer numbers were overwhelming. As the two spiritual creatures merged into their respective flames, they started to emit a power that terrified heaven and earth.

“The sun or the moon… which is stronger, which is weaker? Yin alone cannot birth life, Yang alone cannot grow…” Long Chen chanted.

As he did so, countless runes flowed into the flames on his fingers. The two flames spun rapidly, forming opposing whirlpools.

The two whirlpools were like two miniature universes. Slowly, Long Chen brought his middle finger and thumb together and merged the whirlpools. All of a sudden, the fiery intensity vanished, and the violent fluctuations ceased. All that remained was an eerie silence.

“Yin Yang Merger—All Laws Return to the Source!”

Long Chen snapped his fingers.

As a clear sound echoed, a taiji diagram manifested on his palm, with the Sun and Moon Flames as its Yin and Yang symbols.

BOOM!

The taiji diagram suddenly expanded. The Sun and Moon Flames merged, both repulsing and supporting each other. Once they escaped Long Chen’s hand, they instantly went out of control. Like the birth of a new universe, an unfathomable power exploded outward.

No one saw the explosion coming. Long Chen had neither summoned his manifestation nor his heaven veins. No one had expected him to be able to unleash such a terrifying move without releasing any aura.

As a result, Fantian De, Netherdragon Tianfeng, the sea demon woman, Yue Changfeng, and the others barely had time to conjure protective divine light.

The explosion engulfed the battlefield, its ferocity unimaginable.

Yet, at the very edge of the battlefield, the energy halted. Though overwhelmed by scorching heat, the spectators remained unharmed.

Jiang Yue’e, Feng Fei, and others stood frozen. Had the attack’s range extended even slightly, the four divine clans would have been swept away.

The spectators trembled, their backs drenched in cold sweat. They had just come face to face with death itself, and they felt as if it had just waved at them.

The violent flames lasted but an instant before fading. They came swiftly and left just as fast. No one had time to even react.

When the smoke cleared, the once-crowded battlefield was eerily empty. Only a few solitary figures remained standing.

Even the Dragonblood warriors were left in stunned silence, their jaws hanging open in shock.
