Yun Lintian was unfazed. He stood at the bow of the ark, his Heaven Piercing Sword gleaming in his hand.

With a flick of his wrist, Yun Lintian unleashed a wave of sword energy, its golden light illuminating the chaotic expanse. The sword energy tore through the creatures of chaos, cleaving through their ranks like a hot knife through butter.

The creatures roared in anger and pain, their bodies dissolving into motes of chaotic energy. But their numbers were endless, and they continued to swarm towards the ark, their hunger for destruction undiminished.

Yun Lintian continued to swing his sword, eliminating everything on his path.

Along the way, he encountered the Netherworld Army. The army, comprised of the souls of fallen warriors and commanded by the God of Death's inheritor, was also fighting against the creatures of chaos, their spectral blades reaping a grim harvest.

"I see," Yun Lintian nodded slowly. "Tell Si Junyi that I will assist him in eliminating those powerful creatures. Also, I plan to shut down the tunnel. He cam come."

"Understood. I will relay your message." Sheng Qianyu replied.

Yun Lintian didn't say anything further and drove the Cloud Dragon Ark forward.

And then, he saw it.

At this moment, Yun Lintian sensed a life sign within this dying star. A life sign that did not belong to the creatures of chaos.

Yun Lintian was surprised slightly. Could there be survivors in this ravaged realm?

Without thinking further, the drove the Cloud Dragon Ark towards the dying star. As the ark drew closer, he could see the extent of the destruction.

The creatures of chaos had rampaged across the realm, leaving a trail of devastation in their wake. Cities lay in ruins, forests were ablaze, and the once-clear skies were choked with smoke and ash.

However, amidst the destruction, Yun Lintian could sense a faint glimmer of hope. The life sign was still there, weak but persistent.

He steered the Cloud Dragon Ark towards a small village nestled at the foot of a mountain range. The village was surrounded by a thick forest, its trees blackened and withered by the creatures of chaos' attacks.

Surprisingly, the village itself was still intact.

Yun Lintian's eyes narrowed as he examined the village. There was something strange about

it. It seemed to be protected by some kind of barrier, a faint shimmering shield that deflected the creatures of chaos' attacks.

"Iron Village?" He looked at the sign.

Yun Lintian jumped off the ark and landed on the ground with Linlin and Qingqing on his

shoulders.

He was about to enter the village when a group of Shadow Demons suddenly appeared, their forms flickering in and out of existence as they launched a surprise attack on the village.

BOOM!!

The barrier surrounding the village shimmered and rippled as it deflected the Shadow Demons' attacks, but Yun Lintian could see that it was weakening. He could also see the villagers inside, their faces etched with fear and desperation as they huddled together for
