Yu Mai who heard the words as well as the voice of his sister, called out to Yu Dong who was talking to a woman who was standing next to her.
When Yu Dong heard Yu Mai’s voice she turned her head to the right and when she saw that it was her brother, Yu Dong heaved a sigh of relief. She was truly worried that she had made a mistake in the calculations.
Fortunately, her brother was found or else she would have never forgiven herself for not paying attention to his safety.
“You where did you go!” Yu Dong rushed over to where the little mer was standing and glared at him angrily, “Do you know how worried I was just now? How could not you listen to your sister? Did I not say that you are not allowed to leave huh?”
“Why do you never listen to what your sister has to say to you?” As Yu Dong spoke she reached out and twisted Yu Mai’s ear, causing the mer to yelp out in pain.
“Sister, I did not break the promise! I swear! did you not say that I am not allowed to go out of the inn without someone— so I went with sister Pili and Sister Li!”
“There was no breaking of the promise!”
“Yu Mai! You knew that I meant an adult and not two children! You better not try to fool me!”
“Speak what happened? How did you get dragged into this place?”
“First let me go, sister!” Yu Mai tried to get away from his sister but Yu Dong didn’t let him slip away from her that easily, she twisted and turned his ear to the side but of course made sure to control her strength.
“Humph, now you know how to be scared huh?” Yu Dong sneered but she still let go of the little mer, who covered his ears almost at once as soon as his sister let go of him.
