Chapter 3500: Up To You Now

"Morty..." CAU03 didn’t know much about the elders who died, but he knew what he was seeing. "We need to do something about the CAU Units instead. Celis Domain is a great help, but there are just too many SANS Units. A lot of those SANS Units fight for a short time and then charge out of Celis’s Domain Range to recover their energies. If it continues like this, our CAU Units will be gone way before the elders of your Sect finish their fights against the Space-Time Units. And from what I can see, they might not even be able to do that either."

Roan didn’t seem to mind, though. "Just keep resisting and taking down as many units as you can. Swap the front and back CAU Units when they get too damaged and use the spare parts and materials we acquired from the manufacturing facilities to repair them as best as you can. That will give us some time."

Abi couldn’t understand what was happening. "Are you perhaps out of ideas? If so, then say it now, and we can help thinking about something."

Roan shook his head. "Although some things out of my expectations happened, like the apparition of those Space-Time Units, it is still not out of control. Just trust me like you have been doing until now."

At some point, Kentucky also joined the fray once again, spreading his Domain together with Celis. He kept himself out for a while so he could recover. Now that he was better, Celis could reduce a little of his own Domain’s power, while Kentucky’s Kawa Blade Domain took most of the burden.

It’s just that Celis couldn’t deactivate his Domain entirely since that would cause the other elders’ domains to be nullified by the city’s security system. Rean gave Celis the green light to use as many Rank Seven Divine Stones from their stock as he wanted, though. That definitely helped a lot.

That situation continued for another twenty or so minutes, the SANS Units being very careful to not run completely out of energy before they came out of Celis’ Domain range. They were getting used to fighting in that situation, and Celis’s Domain’s power was also starting to decrease. The upside was that Kentucky’s Domain managed to stop or even take down a lot of SANS Units. The countless Blade Feathers that materialized with his power and bloodline proved to be very hard to deal with.

*Shum, shum, shum, shum...*

Suddenly, several spots around the battlefield began to shine, all of them on the top of buildings near the center where the CAU Units were fighting the SANS Units. Then, silver lights flashed one after another right inside Celis’s Domain.

From inside those lights, even more SANS Units began to appear, quickly charging at the CAU Units fighting above.

That took the CAU Units and the normal elders and disciples of the Sect by surprise. They knew the SANS Units could teleport everywhere in the city territory, but they didn’t expect the SANS Units to come out right at the center of the Domain. Without a doubt, the center of Celis’s Domain was where his absorption power worked the best.

Roan didn’t care about where they appeared, though. Instead, he wanted to know where they came from. His attention had always been on the SANS Units near the Zoshia Enterprise and the two Space-Time Units there. Let’s not forget that the first five Space-Time Units took two-thirds of the SANS Army around the Zoshia Enterprise to attack the CAU Army. There was still a third remaining by the Zoshia Enterprise Building’s sides. From what Roan could see, none of the third remaining forces moved at all.

Then, his expression changed, and he charged forward. ’Rifindio, cover for Celis!’

’What?!’ Rifindio was taken aback. He saw the new units appearing, and he was even helping get rid of some of them. Still, he didn’t take his attention away from Celis, so he couldn’t see anything dangerous happening around.

He didn’t go against Roan’s words, though. His bloodline created many Blood Spears, and those spears charged in Celis’s direction. They quickly created a dome of flying blood spears around him, even though Rifindio didn’t know what he was helping Celis against.

’On my right!’ Celis’s voice echoed in Rifindio’s mind while he created a shield of roots and vines with his power, a wood shield charged with his Sky Energy. He didn’t hold back with it.

Rifindio’s blood spears quickly gathered on Celis’s right side as well, creating double-layered protection against that direction. Suddenly...

*BOOM!*

Rifindio’s blood spears and Celis’s wood shield were blasted by a powerful attack that carried both Space and Time powers.

The power of the attack alone blasted Celis out of position, his body shooting into the distance like a bullet. Celis truly reacted just in time, noticing a faint movement in the surrounding Divine Energy and protecting himself at the last moment. Of course, he would always be a primary target, but he still didn’t expect the enemy to get that close without him noticing.

Then, out of the fabric of space, another Space-Time SANS Unit came out, charging straight at Celis and trying to take him down as fast as possible.

’Death World Domain!’

Roan’s Domain instantly spread, covering Celis as well. He wasn’t alone. The moment he moved, Abi followed him, and her own Water Element Domain covered all sides. She even arrived by Celis’s side faster than Roan did, thanks to her cultivation.

Two hairpins detached from her blue hair, and they instantly grew in size, changing themselves into a dual sword shape. Abi grabbed both of them, slashing forward with all her strength. Water Laws, Space, and Time power flowed like a river, striking the new enemy that had just appeared.

*Bang!*

Abi and the new Space-Time SANS Unit clashed head-on. Abi had the advantage of being able to use laws, but the robot seemed to be supported by the city’s security system. Abi still had the advantage, but she definitely couldn’t look elsewhere at the moment.

Taking advantage of that, another Space-Time SANS Unit came out of teleport near where Celis appeared, attacking without holding back! Roan and Celis’s Domains were still there, but the difference in power was there too.

Celis and Roan weren’t youngsters, though. Celis knew how to use the momentum of the first attack to redirect the position he was moving to, and when that new Space-Time SANS Units got to him, Roan was already there as well.

’Death Style, Death Scythe!’

’Full Energy Repel!’

Roan’s attack clashed against the robot, and Celis’ new ability, one he learned while he was alone back in Lisan, forced part of the robot’s power in the opposite direction. Celis’s World Swallowing Cedar’s innate ability to absorb energies wasn’t good just for that. It made him a master of energy control, and he managed to create this ability that could simply force other energies away. You could say that Celis had some kind of energy parry now.

*Zuash! Bang!*

Unfortunately, both Roan and Celis were still far from the Space-Time Realm. Even their combined efforts were only enough to block the attack for a split second before the two were blasted away together. Both their bodies, be they sap or blood inside, felt like they would break apart by the sheer power of the robot that just appeared.

Still, even in that situation, Roan glanced into the distance, where the two Space-Time Robots that were near the Zoshia Enterprise were located a moment ago. Right now, they were still there. Yet, the two robots that just appeared looked exactly the same as those two in the distance. ’Hmph! Seems like the idiot and I aren’t the only ones who can make very convincing copies of ourselves.’

Celis glanced at Roan, and the two tried to stabilize themselves. The robot followed with the attack, and none of the Sect’s Space-Time Realm Experts could divert their attention to help them. However, just as he was about to land his attack and finish both Celis and Roan at once...

*Zush! Zush!*

Roan and Celis disappeared!

The robot was taken aback for a moment, but it immediately focused on the space power where Celis and Roan had been. The lights on its spherical head showed a shape of mockery. Pocket Dimensional Realm? It definitely knew about it, and now that Celis and Roan had disappeared, it could simply attack their Dimensional Realms’ entrances. With his power, he would easily cause their Dimensional Realms to collapse, and that would be the end of Celis and Roan.

Unfortunately, things didn’t work as he expected. There was nothing there when it checked the Space around where they disappeared! The entrance to their pocket dimensional realms should definitely be at that point, but the Space-Time SANS Unit simply couldn’t find it! ’Not possible! Where did they go?!’

It soon found the answer. Not too far away, where a certain bird was controlling its Domain, a big tree and a black-haired man suddenly appeared by its side. Naturally, those two were none other than Celis and Roan!

What else could they have done? They obviously entered the Celestial Soul Dimensional Realm and left it by Kentucky’s side. As long as they do that, the entrance they left somewhere else will disappear automatically. That’s why that Space-Time SANS Unit didn’t manage to find it.

Celis’s Domain once again spread, stabilizing the battlefield. Meanwhile, Roan’s words reached Rean’s mind. ’We finally got them away. It’s up to you now.’
