Death... and me

Chapter 3451: Amaranca

Chapter 3451: Amaranca

"Wh-What?!" Glorandal couldn’t believe what he heard.

Rank Seven Divine Stones weren’t anything special back in Lisan Universe when you got to the center of the Realm of Gods. However, that was when experts at the Divinity Realm were involved. For them, it was indeed easier to acquire such Divine Stones.

However, in the Divine Snow World, Rank Seven Divine Stones were anything but easy to come by. After all, you don’t have anyone in the Divinity Realm here... or there shouldn’t be. The twins still didn’t know what to say about the Seal Monsters they found back in the Glacial Corridor.

Nonetheless, it was a fact that Rank Seven Divine Stones were just too hard to get in this place since the Divine Snow World was closed. Were there Rank Eight Divine Stones? There were, but those would even be considered treasures, and many Space-Time Realm Experts would live their entire lives without seeing a single one.

"What? Do you think I’m asking too much?" Rean spoke without a care. "Don’t forget I’m the one capable of transforming your race. In the future, would these Divine Stones mean anything to the power you will carry? I suggest you think well about it before complaining. I might just change my mind and settle for the 100 elves I told you earlier, not a single extra one."

Glorandal wanted to complain indeed. However, he couldn’t... because he knew Rean was telling the truth. "I... I need to go back and talk to the others."

"I’m not in a hurry at all." Rean didn’t mind. "You will find me here. I can even arrange with my master to have your elf members come to my residence without anyone else knowing. I guess that would be the best for you guys."

Glorandal nodded, and he turned around to leave. "Very well. I will at least get the 100 elves. I should be back in a few weeks. We need to screen and find those who are trustworthy and are truly willing to go through this experience. Saria, let’s go."

"Yes, elder," Saria quickly followed. But, at the same time, she felt very happy. She didn’t want anything bad to happen to her race, but she was still angry. Rean’s Rank Seven Divine Stones would truly create a painful injury in the pockets of the top elves of her race. To her, that served to appease her anger.

Just as the door was about to close... ’Thank you, Rick...’ Saria’s Divine Sense Message reached Rean.

With that, Saria and Glorandal were gone. In the next moment, Rean used his CD to contact Lotan, explaining to him everything that happened.

-Your healing skill caused such a change?- Lotan obviously was surprised to hear that.

’Yes, but it only works for the elves due to their special bloodlines. Otherwise, I would have lost count of how many other races would have their bloodlines evolved after I used my healing skills on them,’ Rean explained. Rean then proceeded to ask Lotan to keep it a secret for his own sake.

Lotan understood the repercussions of that, and usually, he would definitely bring it to discuss with the other core elders and the sect master. After all, their sect might need to review their approach towards the Elf Race. However, he gave up that idea. By the time the elves of the Divine Snow World truly transform enough to make a difference, their Sect will long be gone from this Divine Snow World. As to whether they will make it through the Evernight World or not, that is another story.

-Still, you truly know how to take your chances, don’t you? The elves might be a small race, but they are ancient. You will get a fortune from them.-

’Do you want some?’ Rean asked with a smile. ’I don’t mind sharing a little with my master.’

-Hmph!- Lotan snorted in response. -If I were just a simple Space-Time Realm expert, perhaps I would ask for a share. However, I’m an important elder of the Divine Snow Mountain Sect. Do you think I lack Divine Stones to cultivate? To buy things? Ridiculous! First of all, I’ve been in the Peak Stage for a long time, so I’ve been accumulating my own fortune as well. I have no need to touch some youngster’s pockets... even if he has very deep pockets.-

Rean scratched the back of his head. ’Well, you didn’t need to throw that on my face like that...’

-Hahaha!- Lotan laughed out loud. -You better revalue your master, idiot. Now, just call me if they try anything funny.-

’Yes,’ Rean nodded. ’Thanks, elder Lotan.’

Rean took a deep breath, looking at Roan. "So, what do you think? I refuse to believe the Destiny Attraction can do anything after this approach."

"Famous last words..." Roan commented. Still, he got up, preparing to return to the Dimensional Realm. "But, I do admit it was a good outcome, especially the Rank Seven Divine Stones. Now, let’s go back to cultivate."

Rean and Kentucky quickly followed Roan, and they entered the Celestial Soul Dimensional Realm. They cultivated in peace for a few weeks until the Glorandal finally returned. In the end, he brought with him another 234 elves on top of the initial 100 Rean agreed to help for free. They had various different cultivations, but they all had one thing in common. Within the Elf Race, their bloodline concentration was at the top of the rankings. Since they were there to evolve, they better already have a strong bloodline to start with.

Glorandal stayed at the back of the group while a female elf took the front as they met with Rean in his residence. She was the leader of the Elf Race, Amaranca. "Boy, aren’t you asking a little too much?"

Rean shrugged, his face as calm as ever. "Who has more to gain here? You or me?"

Amaranca sighed but passed Rean a Spatial Ring. Inside? 23400 Rank Seven Divine Stones! Let’s not forget that only at Rank Seven do Divine Stones have Divine Origin Energy instead of normal Divine Energy, and that concentration increased with each rank. Once the twins reach the Space-Bending Realm, they will need Divine Origin Energy. Besides, only Divine Origin Energy allows them to create the real Sky Energy. The Sky Energy made with normal Divine Energy is of much lower quality.

Rean checked the contents with a smile, although he wasn’t super excited or anything like that. He had a much bigger fortune in the past, an entire Universe worth of it, to be more precise. "Happy to do business with you."

For the rest of the day, Rean spent using his Instant Recovery Skill on each elf, both men and women. Well, even though they were warned, some ended up reaching the climax again and again. It was really a sight to behold... and weird...

Finally, at the end of the day, Amaranca confirmed with her Divine Sense that every single elf had received the same benefits as Glorandal and Saria. She quickly sent them all back into her Pocket Dimensional Realm, concluding their deal. "I hope you won’t forget your part."

Rean nodded. "I have no reason to tell anyone about what happened here today, both to yours and my benefit. Only my master and a trusted subordinate of his are aware of what happened here, and I can guarantee they won’t say anything... as long as you don’t try anything funny either. My master should contact you later to confirm the conclusion of the deal."

"Very well," Amaranca accepted that and turned around to leave. However, she pondered a bit and tossed a white stone to Rean. It had intricate images carved and emanated a special energy, albeit very feeble. "Just remember, I could truly make good use of you. If you ever find yourself without a place to go, you could come look for me. Show this stone, and the elves will know to bring you to me. Of course, I will expect you to work in exchange."

Rean didn’t have a reason to refuse, sending the stone into the Dimensional Realm. "I’ll keep that in mind."
