Brand New Life Online: Rise Of The Goddess Of Harvest
Chapter 1515 - 1515: Multi-Color Yggdranium—–
We started working with Ignis with my scales, and once the liquid metal from my scales was fully merged and refined through alchemy and the divine spirit flames, we placed it on molds and created four ingots.
It was necessary to refine the liquid metal into ingots and let them cool down using Spirit Ice Magic so the metal would be finished and obtain a new form.
So…
FLUOOOSH!
With the help of cute Ice Spirits being summoned to my side, resembling little snowballs, small snowmen, or cute snowflakes, the metal was cooled down and ready.
“It’s done!”
I took a glance at the new metal, and noticed the ingots were mostly gold in color, but had a rainbow-colored glow to them wherever you moved them. Well, they glow into many colors once sunlight hit them, specifically.
Oh, and they were very heavy! I don’t know if this happened to the metal right now or something, but my scales were never this heavy, if anything they were very lightweight.
But once all the metals of each scale type merged, this was created… It must be incredibly molecularly dense or something.
Oh right, and the new metal we created was called [Multi-Color Yggdragonium]!
How did I know its name? Well, once I checked its information, it appeared.
I didn’t even need to name it myself; the name was suddenly given to the metal itself…
Perhaps by the Voice of the World?

[Multi-Color Yggdragonium]
A powerful Spiritual and Divine Metal created from the combination of various types of scales from the divine spirit dragon from another world, Yggdragon. Each scale had their own level of quality and magic power, once merged, they created an ultimate metal born from this powerful dragon, who is also Yggdrasil itself, a giant tree of life from another world.
This metal possesses and incredible molecular density, making it immensely heavy but also equally tough and indestructible once cooled down. This metal is somewhat “alive” and can even reject those unworthy of using it for crafting and will respond in strange ways when exposed to immense quantities of heat.
It contains large quantities of draconic divine spiritual energy, which, if used to create or reforge weapons, can create incredible results.

Wow, that’s quite the long description, looks like the World’s Voice is working overtime… Or maybe this description is made by my Domain itself? I wonder if the Domain and the World’s Voice are the same? Perhaps they’ve been different the entire time and the voices were separate?!
…
Well, it doesn’t really matter either way, right?
“Do we have to use all four ingots?” I wondered. “One is already heavy enough, Ignis!”
“Hmmm…” Ignis glanced at the ingots. “You’re right, I suppose I could have never calculated just how strong the new metal would be. Let’s use two ingots instead. We can use the other two on the other weapons or the shields you’ve brought.”
“Yeah everyone has a shield just in case, let’s mass reforge them afterward,” I nodded. “For now, let’s begin!”
The reforging of the shield began without any issues, we started by melting the ingots again through the furnace, the flames melted it nicely at full heat level, while the shield was then placed inside the alchemy cauldron.
In there, I placed some ingredients of my own, mostly dusted magic crystals and spirit stones, covering the entire old, scaled shield with a sticky rainbow colored coverture.
Once that was done, it was placed inside a larger shield-shaped mold, where the molten Yggdragonium was poured inside, and then the mold was closed for a few minutes.
Once slightly cooled down with some ice spirit help, we took it out and with my techniques, I started using my shield to refine the entire shield in one piece.
Yes, this was a totally not possible thing with normal non-magical materials or equipment, a normal blacksmith might look at me with horror as what the hell I have done.
But with the power of the Spiritual Synthesis, the Hephaestus Hammer Techniques, and the Furnace, there was no better way than doing it like this.
CLANK! CLANK! CLANK!
“Ooooh!”
Olivia glanced from afar, surprised over my quick, dexterous techniques, as she noticed me applying mana, spirit energy, and then reshaping the shield.
“Your technique is very good, Elayne… It feels like an old blacksmith master is forging that weapon, not a woman your age…”
“R-Really? Hah, well…”
I ended up ignoring her for a little, although my aura constantly transformed, and as I fully focused on my task, for a moment, I could feel it.
There was someone with me, or within my own aura as I used these techniques, a powerful, muscular man.
As I moved my hands and used my hammer, he did the same, leading every one of my movements.
CLANK! CLANK! CLANK!
Until…
I was done.
“Phew… Eh?”
And as I sighed in relief, I noticed this presence wasn’t just an hallucination, it was there, glancing at me.
“Heh, not too shabby. Good enough for now… But don’t get too conceited, keep working hard.”
“Huh? Wait…”
Before I could say anything else, the presence was gone.
“I-Ignis! Did you see that?”
“Yes…”
He was also very surprised.
“It was your…!”
“Perhaps a fragment of his will, but it wasn’t my real father… He’s long gone after all.”
“O-Oh…”
“But in a way, because you’ve inherited his legacy, a fragment of his soul and his will now lives within your Aura and Powers, master.”
“So that’s it… It was like he was valuing my work. He said it was “not too shabby”!”
“Hahah, yes… that’s what father would say…”
Ignis smiled lightly, although I could notice a slight tinge of melancholy within his fiery eyes.
“It’s done now, master. Your shield.”
He grabbed it after washing it over his flames and then placing it on the alchemy cauldron, the liquified mana gave the shield the last touch.
FLAAAASH!
And as he presented the shield to me, it released a bright rainbow light, almost blinding to the eyes!
