What Do You Mean There Are Other Transmigrators In My Harem Fantasy?

We went down a floor after I was done storing the dino parts my girls extracted away in my bangle.

This floor was quite noticeably different from the one above since it was no longer a jungle but more of a plains biome with a few scattered trees, hills and rivers around.

That means we could at least see any monsters that were around us more easily as compared to the previous floor.

And it just so happens that the place we appeared had a dinosaur that was just a short distance away from us though it had its back to us so it hadn’t spotted us yet.

Looking from behind, it seemed like it was another Carnotauros so I was assuming that the difficulty of this floor would be similar to the floor above it, except you have more room to move about and less cover.

Hmm… I guess the last part might be a disadvantage depending on how strong you are.

Also, just like the previous floor, the stairs had dumped us in a random part of the floor so if we want to go deeper or return back to the surface, we would need to find the safe zone where the stairs would be once again.

And since the scouts from the knights only scouted the first floor, this place was pretty much uncharted territory.

“Let me, Aster!” Odeta grinned, already cracking her knuckles.

I guess she wants to solo it this time?

Well, it shouldn’t be that hard so I just nodded and let her go ahead.

She smirked before rushing towards the dinosaur with her fists clenched.

When she got within range, she leapt towards the dinosaur’s back, intent on knocking it down by punching its side.

The Carno had tilted its head at that moment, realising it was being attacked but I doubt it could do anything at this point of time.

Odeta’s fist flew forward and…

CLANG!

A metallic sound reverberated through the air.

Eh? Metallic?

I blinked and it took me a moment to realise just what I was looking at.

The Carno had turned at that moment and swung its head down, revealing it was holding a massive longsword in its mouth and it had used the flat of the blade to block Odeta’s attack.

Wait… What the hell? That dinosaur is… Using a longsword?!

Odeta was caught by surprise and couldn’t react in time when the Carno pulled back and kicked its foot out at her.

My Amrap ended up getting kicked all the way back towards us before she managed to land on her feet, my healing spell already doing its work on her.

The Carno let out a low growl as it lowered itself into a threatening stance while glaring at us, the longsword still in its mouth.

Alright… We have a longsword wielding dinosaur… Because why not, right?

It’s even at tier two proficiency with it…

And the fact that it has that ‘longsword’ in brackets beside its name suggests that there’s Carnos with other weapons too…

What kind of Dungeon is this?

Without giving us time to get over the ridiculousness of seeing a longsword wielding dinosaur, the Carno started stomping its way towards us, its head tilted at an angle so that the blade of the longsword was raised above in the air.

It then leapt into the air and I gaped as the dinosaur actually rolled itself in the air to try and slam the sword down on top of us.

Odeta leapt in front of us and crossed her arms in front of her right as the sword came crashing down.

The sword struck against her and the shockwave blew both Odeta and the rest of us away.

I rolled back on my feet right as the Carno lifted its head to pull the longsword out from the ground.

Odeta groaned, hugging her bruised arms against her body.

Despite that, she was still standing tall and protectively in front of our party, facing the dinosaur without fear.

The Carno let out a growl again before charging towards us again, not even giving us a chance to recover.

Emilia rushed towards it and tried to slash at the Carno, but because she was still recovering from the shockwave earlier, she wasn’t able to make use of her full speed and the dino managed to tilt its head to parry her slash.

Unfortunately for her, the Carno was stronger and the parry ended up sending my Nekomata flying back.

“Katsuki! Catch her!!” I ordered, unsheathing my Light Sword as the Carno continued to charge at us.

I quickly cast [Area Regeneration] over my girls to heal them before I leapt at the Carno, the dinosaur tightening its grip on the sword with its jaws before swinging it in a horizontal slash at me.

I swung my own sword at the giant blade, catching its slash with the flat of my blade and deflecting it away to send the Carno stumbling back.

It quickly spun around to recover, kicking itself off the ground to spin into the air to attempt another overhead slash down towards me.

I poured my mana into my blade to activate its enchantment before swinging it upwards.

The extended blade sliced through the body of the Carno, cutting through the length of its body and separating it into two halves, both sides of the corpse crashing down on either side of me.

I stayed in that pose for a moment as the dust cleared before sheathing my blade and turning back to check on my girls.

“Is everyone alright? Who needs healing?” I asked, running back to them.

“Ow, ow… I was not expecting it to be that strong…” Emilia groaned, her hand hugging her side as Katsuki carried her back to our group.

I went over to use [Heal] on her and everyone else just for good measure.

Odeta chuckled, “That was so awesome, Sister Aster! Especially the last part where you cut it in half!”

Right… I honestly didn’t really think about it when I cut it but hey, it worked.

Delmare pursed her lips as she looked at the dead dino, “What kind of monster is this, Aster? I heard the Off-Worlders and you call it a… Dinosaur? Do they exist in your World?”

I nodded, “Yeah, they did.”

“And you had to fight them as well?”

“Ah… No, no. They used to exist on our World but they went extinct before we came along. We only learned of their existence after digging up their fossils, their bones, and then studying them to figure out what they were.”

Emilia tilted her head at me, “Could they also use swords like that too?”

I shook my head quickly, “Definitely not. They were not intelligent enough to form their own civilisation so… The fact that this one could use a sword like that is already something that is unfamiliar to me. Are there any monsters like this that could fight with weapons in this way here?”

The girls looked at each other before shaking their heads at me.

Right, at least I’m not the only one who was surprised by this so that’s a good sign right?

I’m about ninety nine percent sure that this Dungeon popping up with these types of monsters was a direct result of Off-Worlders arriving on this World. Though now I’m also wondering…

“What are the chances that the Dungeon Master is an Off-Worlder who changed the Dungeon to this type of monster?” I wondered aloud.

Lisa scratched her chin thoughtfully, “It… Could be possible? Although I would say quite unlikely since a monster broke out of the Dungeon from here and it was the same type as the monsters already in here. So unless the Dungeon Master here was intentionally sending the monsters out themselves, this should be one without a Dungeon Master.”

“Why would that prove there isn’t one though?”

“Normally a Dungeon breakout happens when there is too much mana in a Dungeon that lead to an overabundance of monsters after absorbing the mana from the surrounding. If there is a Dungeon Master, they will be able to regulate the mana and also make use of the mana to change the Dungeon and prevent such a thing from happening. So the only way for a Dungeon breakout to happen while a Dungeon Master is in charge of it, is when the Dungeon Master themselves force it to happen.”

I guess that’s what happened with the monster girl Dungeon since Verdam expelled the previous Dungeon monsters without knowing what it did…

But I guess this still doesn’t rule out the probability that there’s an Off-Worlder Dungeon Master here because they might just be trying to emulate a certain movie where some dinosaurs break into a civilised area and wreak havoc…

Well, whatever the case it is, we’re just here to clean out some monsters and make some money.
