Chapter 1413  Hunger

At his request for help, Staff held her stomach and began to laugh, “Hehehe, your unchecked greed, white dragon, shall be the end of you… hahaha, why would you be hunting on the remnants of an eighth-dimensional immortal? You left the lower realm barely a million years ago and your sight immediately went to the peak of existence. I don’t know if I should admire your guts or laugh at you for your stupidity.”

Vraegar sniffed in annoyance, “I would have you know that this hunt has been extremely profitable for me. I entered the realm of Drakul, a fourth-dimensional dragon, and now I am at the peak of the fifth. If I have the chance to digest my gains, I will be at the sixth-dimensional level; which of you here could then compare to me? This realm is extremely close to my nature as a Nosferatu, and I do not regret a single moment I spent on it. Besides, I don’t want you to come get me. I don’t think I would be able to survive, but my subordinates need a way out. I did not bring them to that realm to die. It may take a bit more time, but I will regain all that I have lost.”

Staff snorted, “Did not know you were such a sour puss, Vraegar; as long as you are not dead, there is no way we would stand by and watch you die if you are at the verge of the sixth-dimensional level, then we cannot risk you falling now, we need all the power that we can hold at this moment. Drakul is left with just his Memories, even if we cannot kill him, we should be able to take you out of that place. Hold on big guy, we are on our way.”

“Then you better hurry. I don’t think I can live for long and this bastard seemed to be lusting after my body!”

A moment before Drakul arrived, Vraegar had been on the verge of victory. His flames had tore a path through the dimension of Drakul heading towards the peak of the dimension where the most powerful immortals had been defending against his onslaught for a million years.

Their attacks when he was distracted by the summons from his father had been extremely annoying, and he had unknowingly revealed his hand, and he saw no reason he should maintain the charade that he had been playing for nearly a million years.

Throughout these long years of battle, Vraegar had acted as merely a dragon that possessed great speed and strength with ridiculous durability that was able to shrug off most of the damages sent against him, but the immortals here did not know the power of his Nosferatu bloodline and his Will and they had been deceived by his actions and instead of fleeing, they had continued battling him all, thinking that he would fall from exhaustion… the fools.

Vraegar’s Will was the Will of Hunger. It was an extremely rare Will because creatures who had the potential to awaken this Will usually never lived long enough to reach the fourth-dimensional level; their appetites consumed their minds and souls, but his Nosferatu Bloodline and the strength of his body as a child of Rowan had enabled his forbidden existence to reach the immortal level, and it was at this level that the perverse nature of his bloodline began to reveal themselves, and the monster that could devour all of existence began to show its teeth.

Paired with his Nosferatu Bloodline, his Will of Hunger had been quietly stealing the wealth, attributes, lifespan, luck, essence, spirit, and soul of the immortals he was battling were gradually reducing all these while, and to a lesser extent, even their Wills and Fates were being stolen. As Vraegar grew increasingly powerful in the future, then there would be nothing that he would not be able to steal.

As his presence spread all over the realm with his gradual increase in power, Vraegar had also been leeching all of these benefits from the entire realm, and even though he had been channeling nearly eighty percent of everything he was stealing to his body to strengthen it for his eventual ascension pushing Vraegar in a short while to achieve a Supreme Core of Constitution and a Supreme Core of Strength, Vraegar had been able to reach the peak of the fifth dimension from the fourth with relative ease, and in a short while, he knew he would soon be achieving a Supreme Core of Agility.

Vraegar was also not greedy with the enormous bounty he had been draining from this realm and had been channeling a healthy amount of power to his subordinates fighting this war with him, and in the span of a million years, there were more than thirty fourth dimensional immortal that were born among their number!

Despite the power of their bloodlines that assured every child of Rowan to reach the peak of the false immortal realm. To touch Will and, therefore, walk the higher dimensions was incredibly difficult, and yet with Vraegar’s Will, he had been able to essentially build a bridge to carry numerous immortals over this barrier. His proclamation of being a Dragon God was no longer false, in some ways, Vraegar had become someone that even Rowan had to acknowledge.

If not for the dragon’s insistence that they keep their powers under wraps, the Children of the Ouroboros here with him would have swept through the entire foundations of this realm. If there had been any doubt in following the dragon in the past, all of that had been swept aside. He was truly the first son of the Creator, the great white dragon that would sweep across the realm to prepare for his coming.

Vraegar needed to slowly digest his meal; reaching the higher dimension was not an easy thing, and it was all he could do to fight and elevate his dimensional level at the same time. It was a good thing that he had been stealing talents from all these immortals and bolstering his own, his consciousness power was now many times greater than what he had at the start of this battle, and it would only continue growing.

Vraegar could not deny the results of this campaign; the foundation of this realm had been stolen from the hands of the defenders, and what was especially amusing to the dragon was that they were not aware of his nefarious touch.

There were certain newly born higher dimensional immortals among his subordinates that could deceive the mental state of others; they specially selected their Wills to aid their master in his conquest, and their presence had made Vraegar’s conquest a foregone conclusion.

It was the reason when his flames reached the immortals he had been fighting; the entire fourth and fifth-dimensional immortals there were simply deleted from existence.

The sixth-dimensional immortals did not last for a few seconds before they disappeared, and except for the seventh, who had a dome of Will and Fate that was slowly being eroded, his enemies were finished.

Underneath the heat of his flames was the truly destructive nature of his Will that leeched everything from his enemies, and the immortals that were deleted did not die from the heat; they were consumed in body and soul.

The last living immortal was screaming. Underneath the flames of the dragon did he understand the despicable nature of the foe that he was facing. The flames were stealing everything from him, even his thoughts, as he discovered that his mind had been going around in circles all these while instead of being focused as every time he wanted to muster an offensive, the thoughts of it were stolen from his mind.

He did not die in peace.

Strengthening his physique showed its value at this moment because it took all of his concentration to keep all the power he had taken from this immortal inside his massive heart for it to be stored for later consumption.

With this power, Vraegar was assured of reaching the sixth-dimensional level, and that would mean, among all the children of his father, he would be the strongest.

As much as he would love to finish devouring the core of this realm, his father has summoned him, so he would need to leave, but he would return to this realm in the future to finish his meal.

A voice that sent chills down his spine spoke beside his ear,

“What kind of dragon are you?”
