“Manifest!” The beetle queen formed multiple golden shields, lining them up to isolate Selena and the warrior class alien from other aliens.

The dark butterfly killed the aliens one by one with her dark beam, while the cat-girl swiftly sliced aliens with her claws. The most noteworthy one was the lamia.

She ignored the aliens that attacked her bottom as she swung her glaive around. There were five big aliens with two of them being mature class aliens.

When she was about to behead one of them, two aliens would jump on her, forcing her to block them. As a result, she was unable to kill that alien. Yet the lamia wasn’t that easy to stop.

Even though she blocked it, she blocked it with an attack of her own, which resulted in injuries for the ones trying to help them.

She completely overwhelmed them, and it wouldn’t take long for her to finish these aliens. After that, her glaive would start plunging the smaller aliens into chaos.

Alavenya didn’t do anything special, as though she were hiding her trump card. She kept punching with the same attack.

The alien couldn’t stop her attack and her movement was as swift as the cat-person’s. Still, there was nothing remarkable.

Her performance was impressive, but nothing special, unlike Flora on the other side.

“Hoop!” Flora tapped an alien’s back before jumping into the air.

The alien was confused but hurriedly chased after her. When she landed on the ground, she touched several aliens in rapid succession while avoiding the rest.

Her movement was agile, which was actually very different from how she usually fought. Instead of utilizing her elemental power, she actually hopped around without any goal. She didn’t even kill a single alien yet.

As if trying to put a stop to whatever she was doing, a huge mature class worm charged toward her.

Instead of trying to swallow her, the worm actually lifted up its front body and slammed it down to crush Flora.

A vine emerged from the ground and looped around the body as its tip was actually holding Flora by her ankle, swinging her around.

“Hahahaha. Do you think you can get me? You don’t!” Flora laughed out loud as the vine ended up tossing her to the top of the worm. “And I’m above you now.”

The worm tried to move its body to shake her off while the aliens were surrounding her. When it looked like there was nothing she could do to escape, Flora clapped her hands while saying playfully, imitating Nathan. “We go kaboom!”

Suddenly, twenty magic circles appeared at the same time. All those magic circles appeared in the area where Flora tapped the aliens. And all those aliens even came to her, surrounding this mature class alien.

They were all the traps she had placed, and all of them released a powerful spark at the same time.

Bam!

The spark crushed everything around it, whether it was the lower-level aliens or the mature class alien.

That was right. The mature class alien suddenly found itself covered in wounds and ultimately succumbed to its injury as half of its head was gone due to the spark earlier.

“Hehe.” Flora winked playfully. “Let’s play around, shall we?”

It was probably because she had gained the approval of Duke Coline and finally knew Melissa’s identity that she could finally release the last restraint in her heart regarding Melissa’s fighting style.

As a result, Flora had two fighting styles that could complement each other. The first one was to utilize her elemental, while the second utilized traps.

She couldn’t really stop an entire army to protect the people behind her, but if it was to cause chaos, her trapping ability would play its full might.

Meanwhile, the rest of her familiars worked together to support her. On the left, the plant spirit called forth the vines and wreaked havoc with the fire spirit. The latter covered the vines with fire so that the aliens would get crushed, burned, or impaled, depending on how they got hit.

On the other side, the ice spirit created a massive ice block while the lightning spirit shattered it with a lightning bolt.

The ice turned into shards and the ice spirit launched those shards in all directions, planting them deep in the aliens’ bodies.

Last but not least, the stone spirit created a wall around Selena, making sure she could focus on the warrior class alien.

Of course, some aliens still slipped past. Yin Zhen and Sasha swiftly struck them down, ensuring that no alien could reach Selena.

Meanwhile, Amphitrite formed the water elementals and overwhelmed the aliens with her overwhelming power.

Sadly, such an advantage couldn’t last long. After all, there was soon a cry coming out of Jinwu.

“!!!” Both Noelle and Nathan, who had been reducing the aliens’ number from the sides, raised their eyebrows before turning around.

Another horde of aliens were coming toward them, flanking them from the two entrances of the aliens.

Noelle hurriedly shifted her position and moved a bit further away from the people to stop as many aliens as possible from reaching the main group.

“I have been waiting for this,” Nathan smirked. “Jinwu, Nidhogg!”

“Oh!” Jinwu finally showed its true body and activated his domain. Nidhogg flew together with Jinwu, becoming the first wave to intercept the aliens.

Anubis summoned his guardians but didn’t use his Synchronization or Healing Ability this time. His job was to fight, not to waste his ena this time.

Fenrir moved on the ground as he was the vanguard of the team.

“Still, this valley is quite small. Fenrir. Take care of the mature class aliens. I will have Kun take care of the rest.”

“Oh!” Fenrir sped up, locking all his targets as he used Gigantification.

“Come out, Kun. It’s your time to shine!” Nathan summoned Kun as the whale’s cry echoed across the valley. At the same time, he also created several bullets to intercept unexpected aliens.

Despite the development of the battlefield and how many unique fighting styles, Layfon’s eyes were actually glued to Selena. It wasn’t because of the mission. Instead, he was in utter shock due to Selena’s strength.

With his jaw dropping, he couldn’t help but mutter inwardly, ‘Is she… a monster?’
