Sam and the team, all took the disguise serum he prepared. Their appearances changed and they went into an Elder level world through its portal.

Out of all the worlds and realms in this conquest, the elder level realms are the least active. Even if the elders went into these realms, they didn't do the open conquests like the students did. One of the reasons, they are less in number.

The other reason is that instead of killing these people, they want to slowly befriend them and then take over them.

Even the transcendent level cultivators are dime a dozen when considering the scale of the realms. But the Divine plane consummation cultivators are hard to find. Of course, they might seem common place with their number in the academy realm.

Ivar, Icarus and Lan were already there, waiting for them.

"I hope you guys didn't mess up the preparations." Sam asked as soon as he saw them. But his eyes were fixed on Ivar alone.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" Ivar asked, with a dodgy expression.

"Did you pick a fight already?" It was Miko who asked and Ivar flinched. She hit the nail on its head.

Icarus and Lan looked at the sky and earth, not meeting Sam's gaze. They acted like kids who got caught doing something naughty.

"Come on, Sam. It is not a big deal. It was just a lackey of the lackey that I beat up a bit. And they belonged to the same team we are targeting anyway. I am sure, the plan won't be hindered."

"Why did you pick a fight?"

"Its over some stupid piece of ore. He said it will make a good ax handle and tried to buy it. The other guy used the influence and suppressed Ivar. He got pissed off and broke that guy's nose." Icarus answered this time.

"Why do you think, I told you to accompany him, Icarus?" Sam sighed.

"I hope you at least have that guy's details." Sam asked and Ivar's face brightened.

"You said, this guy belongs to the enemy organization right? Draw a chain of command. From this guy to the man that we are targeting. It should start with this small fry and directly end with the guy that we need to deal with, to take down Elder Pith."

"A chain of command?"

"Yes, a proper chain of command. Don't leave anyone out and find all the information you can find about everyone around each person in that chain."

Ivar scratched his head and looked at Icarus who just shrugged.

"I will go and take a look around. I want to see what's special about this place. You guys got one day. Use the disguise serums wisely and you won't have any problem handling this."

He walked away.

Ivar slumped to the ground and pouted. Icarus heaved a sigh.

"We are all a lot stronger than him. Why the fuck are we so nervous around him?"

"What if we are stronger? Did you do anything as ridiculous as what he does when you were at his level?

I can't recall a single thing like that in my life and I fucking killed an elder while I was in fourth grade.

Ivar grudgingly got and up the whole team left.

For the next twenty-four hours, all they did was gather information that asked. A chain of command starting from the small fry Ivar fought with.

It is basically them figuring out who is the immediate superior of that guy and who is the superior of that superior and so on.

They mapped the whole organizational hierarchy by the next day.

Sam who roamed around the whole planet came back.

"This is a decent place. You guys can try to take over if you want to."

That's the only remark he made.

"Alright. First how are we going to deal with them?"

Sam looked at the whole structure and said.

"Easy, the first step, Ivar is going to pick a fight with this guy. Again."

Everyone was dumbfounded. Ivar even pointed his finger at Sam and got speechless for a second.

"Why did you give me so much shit, if we are going to pick a fight with him anyway?"
