One Piece: Don't Worry, I'm a Doctor

Chapter 212 212: Instant Mood Swing

Alright, don’t panic… Relax.

Stay calm…

The physical reactions from unrequited love—like fever, difficulty breathing, dizziness—

aren’t these all just minor issues?

Hancock will be cured so thoroughly, she’ll be begging for more!

What?

You’re asking how to treat her brain?

The Vibro-Blade will give you the answer.

After all, treating her scars should easily net 600,000, right?

These girls really hand out negative points like candy.

With that, it’ll be time to get a Vibro-Blade.

Then—boom!

Straight to the brain.

Shatter that thing on the spot.

Crack open her head and see what a lovesick brain actually looks like!

Then we’ll see if she’s still love-sick after it’s been shattered!

What?

Worried the negative points won’t stay stable?

First off, Hancock already hates men, right?

And Vir? He’s a young, vigorous guy—full of life.

His “treatment” is the kind that leaves an impression.

Forget physical contact—this will be spiritual contact too!

Gonna grab that lovey-dovey little heart of hers and pull it right out.

How could this not rake in negative points?

Secondly, she’s already got unrequited love for Luffy.

Wouldn’t that make her even less tolerant of another strange man touching her?

Stack these two buffs together—

Negative points? They’ll come rolling in!

And hey—maybe there will be a chance to hear one of those weird screams the system was talking about.

The system really knows how to stir the pot.

Sure enough…

Not long after, Hancock was deeply moved by Luffy’s actions.

But it wasn’t just that.

See, at the beginning, she had promised to grant Luffy one request.

Now, Luffy needs a ship to leave the island and find his crewmates.

He also needed to undo Marguerite’s petrification.

Hancock was sure he’d choose the ship.

But once again, Luffy disappointed her—in the best way.

He chose Marguerite.

And even knelt down to thank her.

Welp. That was it.

She was completely hooked.

That little move sealed the deal.

Hancock undid the petrification, ending the whole farce.

Then she brought Luffy back to her chambers.

Vir, watching from a distance, noticed her slightly flushed cheeks and already knew what was up.

Tsk tsk.

Falling in love that fast?

Luffy, oh Luffy. If you even tried a little harder, Garp would’ve had great-grandkids by now!

So hopeless!

Watching Luffy dumbly follow Hancock around like a lost puppy, Vir could only sigh.

One of these days, he’d try treating Luffy’s brain too.

Now, based on what Vir remembers, the next scene’s about to turn a little… less kid-friendly.

Hancock is probably gonna show off that impressive figure of hers.

And then reveal the slave mark scar on her back.

After that, Luffy would leave, and the Empress would collapse, overwhelmed.

Ohhh~ One-sided love syndrome strikes!

And that’s when Vir would make his move!

Nyehehehehe!

Crouched quietly on the roof, Vir was extra careful.

These were tiled rooftops—one wrong move and he’d fall through.

But the benefit?

He could lift a tile and peek directly inside.

His strength was above Hancock’s, so he wasn’t worried about being detected.

As he lifted the tile, the scene below unfolded before him.

Luffy and the two sisters stood in the main hall.

A curtain hung in front of the bed, and the outline of a voluptuous woman could be seen moving behind it.

Luffy was eyeing the decor with wide-eyed curiosity.

Vir, too, was intrigued.

Huh, Hancock is one odd lady.

Who puts a bed in a reception hall?

Talk about over the top.

Still, the décor was legit.

Kind of had that ancient Chinese palace vibe.

Just swapped the dragon throne for a bed.

At that moment, the curtain started to draw back.

Vir’s gaze locked in.

But just as the figure inside was about to be revealed…

A frantic shout interrupted the scene.

Vir slapped his thigh in frustration.

Dammit!

Right at the critical moment!

This old hag had to show up now!

If she messes up this scene, everything will be ruined!

Please, just let it be some nonsense. Let the plot carry on after this.

Old hag, couldn’t you have come later?!

“Hancock! Hancock! Big news! HUGE news!”

Elder Nyon came rushing in, clutching a newspaper, visibly flustered.

Behind the curtain, Hancock’s brows furrowed.

A trace of anger flickered across her face.

She slowly re-dressed, lifting her hand to sweep the curtain aside.

Now seated on her serpent throne, she glared down at Nyon.

“You’d better give me a very good reason for interrupting me! Otherwise, don’t blame me if you spend the rest of your life in a cell!”

Hancock’s voice trembled with restrained fury.

But Nyon didn’t flinch.

She raised the newspaper.

Just as she was about to speak—a long, powerful leg struck out.

A straight kick, heel-first, slammed into Elder Nyon’s face.

The ten-centimeter heel of Hancock’s high heel dug straight into Nyon’s nose.

She went flying, slammed into the door with a loud thud.

Everyone stood frozen.

What just happened?

“I’ve already read that newspaper! There’s nothing in it that’ll save you from prison! Guards!”

Hancock called out sharply. Two Kuja pirates strode in.

“Lock this old hag up! No one releases her without my say!”

“Yes, Empress!”

They stepped forward to seize Nyon.

But the old woman, barely recovering, managed to raise the newspaper high again.

“It’s about the Celestial Dragons!!” she yelled.

The moment those words left her mouth…

The three sisters paled.

Green Head stumbled back in terror, falling to the floor.

The other two looked equally shaken.

“Wait.”

Clearly, that sentence worked.

Celestial Dragons were serious business.

“You’re dismissed!” Hancock waved her crew away.

The guards quickly exited.

Nyon exhaled in relief.

‘This girl is too violent!’ Elder Nyon grumbled internally.

“What about the Celestial Dragons?” Hancock asked, face dark and stormy.

Nyon knew Hancock’s temper well. Afraid of another kick, she answered quickly:

“On Sabaody Archipelago… a pirate killed three Celestial Dragons!”

“WHAT?!”

Three shocked voices rang out in unison.

Hancock darted forward, snatching the paper.

Flipping to the back, she saw the headline: Celestial Dragons murdered.

A photo showed three headless corpses.

But their distinctive clothing—instantly recognizable to Hancock—sent chills down her spine.

They were Celestial Dragons.

No one would dare wear their garb.

Three Celestial Dragons—dead.

Who could have done this?

Unbelievable. Absolutely insane.

Further down, a photo of the culprit was clearly printed.

It showed a young man smirking playfully, standing over the freshly slain bodies.

It was Vir.

Hancock flipped the page again.

This side showed him standing tall in a battle against two Admirals.

So strong!

To face two Admirals alone…

Just moments ago, Hancock hadn’t cared about Vir at all.

But now… she couldn’t help but marvel at his power.
