Chapter 4317  Over

BAMMM!

Once more, the back of my sword hit the man hard. Breaking a few more of his bones and making him vomit.

Still, he isn't giving us and is trying to defend us.

He had already lost the battle. If I want to kill him, I could, but I am just beating the shit out of him. They shouldn't have come, but now they did; they must pay the price.

As I beat him, others are trying the same for the advantage. If they had it, they could end the battle on favorable terms.

Carter and Kanxin are beaten, but still standing. The other three had the advantage of my shields.

I could openly threaten him to kill his Prime, but I think it would be best to wait until they call me to stop. I hope that Carter and Kanxin will survive by then.

BAMMM!

Once more, my swords hit him. A moment later, I flashed behind him.

Hun!

I was moving for another hit when I sensed Prime Tarnim approaching me. It made me serious, but I grinned and stopped outside before turning toward her.

She is coming for the attack, and I could fight her. I had put enough energy into muscled elf; it would be a while before he became a threat.

Still, fighting her won't be wise. So, I did the most dangerous thing. It would collapse the image I built if it didn't work, but if it did.

It might not only stop her but will also stop the others.

"Belial Star, sure loves to fight. I, too, love to fight; it started to get irritating," I said. My aura became heavier suddenly, which stopped her in her tracks.

It remained that of High-Prime, but its more powerful than any High-Prime.

The aura, I projected, made me stronger than any Prime, looking at the battle sneakily. I directed some of it to them. Especially to those who think they are hiding very well.

"You are right, Prime Arys. It's time we end this," she replied.

"Good, I hope. You will provide compensation for the trouble," I stated. However, it was in a private area that only Belial's Star and Taurus's members could hear.

Her expression turned back, and she opened her mouth, but closed it as I pressed my aura against her.

"Fine," she replied.

A few minutes later, the members of Belial's Star flew away, along with some hidden ones, but among them remained.

I don't think it would be easy to make them leave, but my little show made them careful enough. They won't take action unless they are absolutely sure.

"You have become quite powerful, Arys," said Carter. To that, I shook my head.

"I didn't have that power. I would have needed to forcefully break the seal, which would be bad. If I had done that, I would have killed everyone without exception," I replied with a smile.

I could feel them shuddering. I want them to know, there is a cost if they ever move toward me.

"I want to thank you from all of Taurus, Remus," he thanked.

"If you hadn't come when you did, I would have needed to do something, that would have made things difficult for the whole organization," he added.

"This greed is affecting me too; I hope it will be enough to stop them," I said with a sigh. "It should be enough," he replied before sending a ring toward me.

I shook my head.

"Take it, or I would feel you don't respect us," he said. Hearing that, I sighed and took the storage ring.

It contains the part of the compensation the Belial's Star had given us. There is quite a good stuff in there; some will help my practice.

Soon, we reached the city, and they turned to me.

"Tomorrow, there will be a celebration, and I want you to attend," he said. "Ok," I replied. He seemed surprised by it.

I would have declined it, but I knew he would force himself. So, I might as well accept it.

"You know, you could live in the organization. I could provide you with good housing," said Carter, clearly wanting me to become a member of his organization.

"I like where I live," I replied, flying toward my house.

Thud!

I landed in front of it and stepped inside directly into my bedroom. I wanted to shower, but I postponed and decided to sleep again.

I needed to do a pretty important thing; I would need the rest.

I woke up five hours later to a complete calm. I thought, some might want to take the challenge, but nobody did.

It made me relieved, and I closed my eyes. Appearing in my core. I didn't even look at meta scans that are showing all the changes that happened to me after the breakthrough.

I knew all the changes through my clone, but I like to look at data with my own eyes.

Instead, I appeared by a small pool with my clones. Its time I make the fourteenth clone. One more clone will go a long way in helping me in here.

With the complexity of inheritance and other things, I need all the help I can get.

I begin immediately, and a few seconds later, the tiny runes begin to come out of my head. Soon, their numbers reached the thousands.

It started to make me feel tired. It is not easy to make the clones. Each clone is more complex than others, and it changes all of them.

That is why I decided to sleep and rest. I wouldn't have been able to do this without me being tired from the battle.

Buzz!

Minutes passed, and finally, the buzz rang out, and everything disappeared.

When I had come to myself, there was one extra clone in front of me. Seeing it, I smiled.

"Hello, clone," I greeted as always. "Hello, Micheal," it replied. A few seconds later, eleven of them went inside the library while three remained out.

Now that I have made a breakthrough, I can clearly see what I need for my next breakthrough and begin working with even greater gusto.
