Infinite Range: The Sniper Mage

Chapter 643 - 643: 643 Godslayer’s Commercial Empire

Having clawed his way back from a death loop that nearly obliterated him, Orson found he actually had quite a bit he wanted to say to Sienna and the others.

“Not gonna lie—I kinda missed you guys.”

He threw an arm around Madman and Bradley, his grin stretching almost behind his ears.

Madman gagged. “Ugh, gross! Bleh—”

Bradley clapped him on the back. “Orson’s finally back! This calls for a feast!”

“Feast your ass, I’m still alive and kicking!” Orson snapped, flicking each of them on the forehead hard enough to leave a welt.

No matter how absurd his power grew, he was still happiest with trusted brothers by his side.

“You’re not planning to run off on some crazy trip again, right?” Sienna narrowed her eyes at him, her tone light but hiding a touch of real worry.

“We’ll see,” Orson chuckled. He studied her face—no longer so youthful and tender, now carrying hints of authority and composure. It made him oddly proud.

Their guild had reached platinum rank, with a member cap of 50,000—the highest possible without spending adventurer merit.

He was confident that under Sienna’s leadership, Godslayer would only grow more formidable.

Right now, after absorbing most of the US’s top adventurers, they had a core force of 30,000 combatants and nearly 20,000 support players.

Even the weakest of the main battle squad was an a-rank profession, with Bradley at the pinnacle as an ss-rank.

And now that Orson had clawed out of debt, with plans to erect idols and build temples worldwide, it wouldn’t be long before their average profession tier reached s-rank.

Based purely on profession strength, even if they didn’t all have top-tier Soul Seals, it was still an overwhelming force.

Meanwhile, ever since Sienna allied with Usher and crushed the Dark Dragon Empire, she’d become a legend in her own right—the undisputed top priest in the US.

Unlike Orson, who rose through brute strength, Sienna earned her title through sheer personal charisma and ruthless political genius.

And she was still only level forty-something. Her Tiamat Divinity, the Prismatic Gem, needed to be max level to fully awaken, and she possessed one of the only two known 3s professions.

Where she’d ultimately end up? Even Orson couldn’t predict.

He did know the Prismatic Gem came from a galactic high god, a divinity even BlazeKing’s line of Heavenly Spirit Soul Seals might struggle to match.

“Come on. Let’s go home.”

Orson’s mood soared. He threw out a hand, vaulted onto Aeloria, and the group teleported straight back to the US sector’s Forever City.

Guild chat lit up instantly.

Texas Musk: “Holy shit, boss is back! Everyone—Lord’s manor, party time!”

Iron Cavalry: “Which boss you talking about? The lady boss who snatched my guild master seat, or that lazy bastard boss? If it’s her, fine—I lose.”

Raven: “Orgod’s back. Stop today’s dungeon runs, regroup.”

In minutes, the news of Orson’s return swept through the entire guild.

Scattered Godslayer brothers all over the US sector abandoned their raids and headed home.

When Orson reappeared above Forever City after nearly a month away, he was stunned.

The streets below were packed, a bustling wonder of commerce and color, with adventurers crowding every avenue.

“Ultra legendary jewelry—never worry about running out of mana again!”

“Premium beast feed, limited stock! Makes Lord-Class pets crush Domain Lords in one bite!”

“Orgod’s own Artifact set—crafted by the Grey Dwarf King’s great-great-grandkid. Only hero-grade, but damn does it look good!”

Thousands of adventurers hawked treasures from street stalls. Majestic beasts occasionally thundered by.

In the heart of the city, dazzling lights—both modern and magical—wove together.

“Look, it’s Forever City’s dance troupe! Catherine, we love you! Woooo!”

“Tch, all she does is shake her ass. What’s the hype? My girl Hazel is cuter and sings better anyway.” Need character sheets and glossaries? Visit MV^LEM^PYR.

A massive floating stage hovered above, ten times the size of that one in the Light Dragon capital, thronged by over 100,000 screaming fans.

Orson shivered. “Holy crap… my girl group… my cash cow…”

Six helicopters circled the stage, broadcasting the performance live to countless homes.

“‘Infinite Dimensions Princess’ pulls in 82 million gold a year,” Sienna said, reading his mind with a sly smile.

“Wait—what? Eighty-two million gold… per year?!”

Orson’s jaw hit the ground. At conversion rates before the merge, that was over eight hundred billion. More than some entire nations’ GDPs.

“We’ve licensed broadcasts to 17 sectors, 120+ networks and platforms. And that’s not counting merch. Total revenue’s projected to break 100 million gold.”

Sienna preened, arching an eyebrow. She still teased him for his original cheesy girl group names, but after her rebranding, profits had skyrocketed.

With cross-sector teleporters open now, even foreign fans risked getting fleeced just to sneak into Forever City for a glimpse of their idols.

“I knew it’d make money, but this much…?” Orson was dumbfounded.

He’d seriously underestimated how deep the wallets of desperate nerds went.

“It’s still more elegant than your… human trafficking scheme, right?” Sienna added sweetly. Orson was too choked to reply.

His vision had been so small. Sure, he’d grabbed up all those noble women purely to torment Infinite Dimensions royalty.

But under Sienna’s hand, they’d become global superstars, leaving traditional idols in the dust.

Like Sienna loved to pitch during licensing:

“Better spend your gold now. Can’t use it in the afterlife.”

In this hardcore mode chaos, where a careless step meant being monster chow—and Heaven Demon incursions loomed—most adventurers had no grand ambitions.

They figured if the sky fell, taller people would hold it up.

So they spent recklessly. Live well before you die.

Meanwhile, Orson’s old Tithe Plan had also sprouted.

Between prepping for nation wars and future threats, high-end adventurers everywhere were in an arms race.

Soul stone prices soared, pumping energy straight into Godslayer’s war machine.

The guild coffers already held over 1.2 billion gold.

And that number was climbing daily as Godslayer’s commercial empire expanded.

“Dammit, I ought to kiss you for this. You’re incredible.”

Orson laughed and hopped off Aeloria, reaching out to grab Sienna’s face for a congratulatory smooch.

“Ahem—cough cough!”

Sienna slapped his hand away, cheeks red.

“What? Getting uppity now?” Orson frowned and made to snatch her again.

But when he turned around, his face froze.

He immediately straightened, cleared his throat, and dropped his hand like it was scalded.

“Honestly, how thin are you getting? Told you to eat more. One gust of wind and you’ll be hugging a lamppost for dear life.”

Standing by the city lord’s mansion gates, a black-clad figure regarded him with a mocking sneer.

“Oh my, the illustrious Megacaster. Heard you lost an arm and got beat half to death, yet you still look so lively.”

Orson caught the subtext. “What, disappointed I didn’t die out there?”

He grinned and swaggered up. “Blank! Few days apart felt like three autumns. Missed you terribly.”

He opened his arms, angling for a hug. Blank gave him a withering look, then glanced at Sienna.

“I told you how to handle scoundrels like this, right? Like so—”

CRACK.

She drove an elbow into his gut. Then a textbook over-the-shoulder throw. Then another strike while he was still airborne.

“Holy shit—domestic abuse!”

Megacaster Orson spent the next several seconds repeatedly bouncing off the ground, too shocked to even dodge.

Blank pinned him, her cool face inches from his, voice icy.

“Try it with me all you want—but lay a hand on Sienna again, and I’ll show you real pain.”

“Huh?”

Orson blinked. Something about that phrasing felt weird.

Before he could figure it out, a private message popped up.

Blank: “When they’re gone, come find me. I’ll be waiting in my room.”
