Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse

Chapter 3799: A Quintessential Place! II

Chapter 3799: A Quintessential Place! II

The air within the Living Origin Labyrinth shimmered, thick with potential.

Before Noah’s eyes, more Prompts unfolded in delicate succession, each one branded in elegant golden runes visible only to him, but mirrored in different ways to everyone present.

In the Living Origin Labyrinth, nothing within is affected by any type of authority except a unique Living Origin Authority.

...!

Before you are 81 Living Origin Starter Cubes. Coming in contact with one will grant you an identity and distinction of a varying type of a Living Origin Garden Archetype. Through your Archetype, you can exert control and influence your surroundings.

Once you have attained a Living Origin Garden Archetype, its growth is purely dependent on Resistance Archetype Points which are innately obtained based on how much True Absolute Existential Resistance one has, or Resistance Archetype Points obtained from challenges of the Living Origin Labyrinth, or those obtained from Unique Sources within the Living Origin Labyrinth.

You currently hold 200 Resistance Archetype Points to distribute to your Living Origin Garden Archetype once it has been selected. 100 Points stem from your Resistance Percentages, and 100 Points stem from the achievement of being the holder of the Living Origin Key.

...!

The information settled around him like dust in sunlight, luminous and silent.

Noah’s mind processed it instantly as his eyes were shining with a terrifying light!

Everything in here... is disconnected from authority unless it’s Living Origin Authority.

That changed the playing field entirely.

A self-contained domain.

One that leveled the battlefield by stripping traditional advantages and replacing them with a new kind of distinction: Archetypes.

Eighty-one of them.

And only one per person.

They weren’t just tools. They were identities within this Labyrinth. Interfaces of control and evolution.

Then came the second revelation.

Resistance Archetype Points.

The Role of True Absolute Existential Resistances. A point that meant those who were extremely powerful would remain extremely powerful...initially at least.

The Resistances weren’t just defenses here, they were keys in and of themselves. Each Resistance type translated into influence over the power one could display here!

And he had 200 to start with.

One hundred from his rare feat of 10% in all ten Resistances. And another hundred for being the Holder of the Living Origin Key.

His eyes drifted across the room.

Everyone else had received similar information, though the points they began with likely varied.

Master Shen. Master Hannibal.

He looked at them briefly, curiosity threading through his thoughts.

They both carried multiple Resistances- likely unique to their tier. But they didn’t have ten like he did. Nobody else did.

The question struck him then.

What changes when one becomes an Originus Venerant that allows them to hold multiple True Absolute Existential Resistances... from a single True Source?

It was an ascension past Primarchy. A transition that let even one True Source branch out into multiple Resistances, increasing flexibility and power exponentially.

It was something to study and understand.

But still... even they were limited by what their Sources could provide.

He, however, had ten distinct True Sources.

Ten Resistance paths.

If his starting point was 200, he guessed that high-tier Primarchs would have between 10 to 99 Resistance Archetype Points, depending on their alignment with Resistances as even the most powerful Primarchs held 95% or 99% Origin or Conceptual Resistance within the Veield Sunfolds.

But Shen? Hannibal?

400, maybe 500 points since they held multiple Resistances!

Their Archetypes would be monstrous.

But...

This was the Living Origin Labyrinth.

And there was a lot that was still unknown!

Noah’s gaze flicked toward the periphery.

The space they stood in was one of three defined zones in this crimson-gold domain.

Zone One- The gathering space. Where they had all been deposited.

Zone Two- The middle ground, occupied by the fifty towering humanoid golems with blank white masks- sentinels of unknown origin and purpose.

Zone Three: The distant wall where nine massive chests sat like silent monarchs, glowing with an intensity that made even Masters of Existence pause.

They were sealed.

Untouched.

Waiting.

Noah’s grip on the golden tether tightened slightly as Sigrid, wide-eyed, pulled gently on it.

She tilted her head toward him and signed with urgency and wonder.

[Woah, did you also see the words that flashed before me? Living Origin Garden Archetype? Resistance Points? Is this normal???]

Noah let out a soft chuckle, his tone dry. "It’s unique, but not that crazy."

She stared at him, unconvinced.

From the side, Master Shen laughed as he downed another swig from his gourd and gestured lazily toward the front.

"Alright," he said, "I’m guessing you all saw the same weavings as us."

He pointed to three Primarchs nearby- a man wreathed in stormlight, a violet-robed woman with green crystalline eyes, and another cloaked in starlight.

"You three. Let’s have you be our lab rats. Step up and pick a cube. Let’s see what the Labyrinth gives you. Because all of this...is entirely different to what the Origin Wonder normally led to. We have to take it a step at a time."

...!

The three nodded, stepping forward without hesitation.

Their feet touched the crimson-gold stone with grace and purpose.

Noah’s gaze followed them closely.

Then it drifted to the Living Origin Starter Cubes for the first time.

Each one hovered in the air at shoulder height, crimson-gold polyhedrons that emitted soft light in rhythmic pulses.

They weren’t just glowing geometric artifacts.

Their surfaces bore a triangular runic marking eerily similar to the one on Sigrid’s forehead.

But there was more.

Inside each triangle were intricate symbols. Layers upon layers of swirling runes written in ancient tongues that even Noah’s perceptive mind could barely begin to decipher.

Some symbols glowed blue, others green, others the color of molten silver.

The scripts danced and changed as if reading the soul of anyone who looked upon them.

No two were the same.

Each Starter Cube was alive in its own way- waiting to be chosen!

And Noah?

He watched with silent interest, the beginnings of a plan already forming as he observed the three Primarchs going forward!
