Immortality Martial Arts: I Started with the Five Animals Health Fist

Chapter 415: Heaven Silkworm Cave! Heaven Silkworm Divine Intent Picture!

“Where did that deer come from?” Qian Rui was slightly stunned, then his pupils constricted, “Not good!”

The next second, as the Spirit Deer approached within a dozen yards, its body twisted and changed rapidly, transforming from the originally harmless creature into a golden-haired Giant Ape over ten feet tall.

This Giant Ape was not a living creature; it was semi-transparent, an illusion!

“Whoosh!”

The hand of the golden-haired Giant Ape shot out like lightning, grabbing towards Qian Rui’s shoulder.

This change was so abrupt that Qian Rui, previously cultivating, had never anticipated someone would infiltrate Spirit Taoist Sect’s forbidden ground and strike at him!

“Crack crack!”

The hand clutched Qian Rui’s shoulder and a tremendous force weighed down, making his bones creak under the strain.

“Who is there? Bastard!”

Qian Rui was both shocked and enraged. He hastily tried to roar, attempting to fully activate and unleash his Qi and Blood to resist.

But the other hand of the Giant Ape Illusion had already reached out, its broad palm covering his face, sealing his mouth and nose so he couldn’t make a sound.

“I mean no harm and wish to avoid injuring you. If you scream or shout, I can stop you before that happens. I hope you won’t do anything foolish!”

A cold voice sounded, making Qian Rui, who was initially struggling ferociously, subconsciously stop.

Qian Rui was not weak. If it weren’t for a calculated surprise attack by Su Changkong, subduing him would likely have caused quite a disturbance.

Qian Rui was no fool; the mysterious person who had suddenly barged into the back mountain sanctuary had easily subdued him. Killing him would not be difficult, so it was better to first understand the intruder’s intent!

Seeing that Qian Rui stopped struggling, Su Changkong’s thoughts shifted slightly, and the Giant Ape Illusion released the hand gripping his head, but one palm still pressed down on Qian Rui’s shoulder, pinning him.

Only then did Qian Rui clearly see a pale-faced youth with narrow eyes standing behind the Giant Ape Illusion.

“This… what kind of Martial Arts is this? Could it be… an Innate Martial Artist? Or one of those Innate Martial Artists who can utilize nature’s spiritual energy!”

And Qian Rui felt a bit of trepidation, as the Giant Ape Illusion clearly represented some extremely arcane and profound Martial Arts. To him, it seemed most likely the work of an Innate Martial Artist, and not one who had just entered the Innate Realm!

Utilizing the nature’s spiritual energy from the outside was not something all Innate Martial Artists could do.

Many who had just entered the Innate Realm could only refine and strengthen themselves with nature’s spiritual energy, but not utilize it – that required immense talent and a significant amount of time to fathom. ṚᴀℕΟBËs̩

Like Chikhatu before, who was newly entered into the Innate Realm and had not touched upon using nature’s spiritual energy; his level was quite ordinary within the Innate Realm!

“Sir… who are you? Why have you broken into the Spirit Taoist Sect territory?” Qian Rui, who had weathered many storms as a Martial Artist, asked in a lowered voice, not daring to raise his voice for fear of provoking Su Changkong and losing his life.

“I mean no harm; I am merely here to visit Old Man Qishi. He should be in seclusion here, right?”

Su Changkong said, looking towards the spacious cave as he spoke.

Upon hearing this, Qian Rui was somewhat surprised, and he quickly responded, “My master is in seclusion within, at a critical juncture, and you must not disturb him!”

Qian Rui was guarding the Heaven Silkworm Cave and also held another identity – he was a disciple of Old Man Qishi.

Su Changkong frowned, and after pondering for a while, he stood at the entrance of the cave and tentatively called out, “Junior Su Helai requests an audience with Senior Qishi, introduced by Dr. Huashan!”

“Su Helai? The young man who sought my master awhile ago for the continuation of his meridians?”

The words of Su Changkong made Qian Rui pause as he guessed Su Changkong’s identity, while Su Changkong voluntarily disclosed his purpose and sought to meet Old Man Qishi.

Some time ago, Qian Rui had learned from Helian Yuan that someone had come to find Old Man Qishi for mending broken meridians, apparently named Su Helai.

Su Helai’s meridians were broken, right? But the young man before him had used methods that many Innate Martial Artists could not achieve, easily defeating him, a peak Qi-Blood Realm Martial Artist. How could this be the condition of someone with broken meridians?

Su Changkong stood at the entrance and called out several times, but there was no reply.

Qian Rui couldn’t help but say, “My master is in seclusion… he cannot see outsiders right now.”

But Su Changkong’s brows were furrowed. Even if one was truly in seclusion, it was still possible to stop momentarily. It wasn’t like somebody couldn’t attend to any external matters once outsiders arrived – he instinctively felt that there was something amiss.

“My apologies for the intrusion!”

Without any further hesitation, Su Changkong stepped into the Heaven Silkworm Cave. The Giant Ape Illusion, gripping half of Qian Rui’s body, brought him along into the depths of the cave. Despite Qian Rui’s anxiety, he was powerless to stop it.

Proceeding dozens of yards into the cave, they reached the belly of the mountain. The interior of the cave was spacious, and ahead of them, a tightly closed stone door appeared.

Qian Rui spoke up, “My master is truly in seclusion; this stone cave can only be opened from the inside. Only when his work is completed would he come out of his own accord.”

“There’s not a sound inside! And… I don’t see any human-like Spiritual Energy!”

Su Changkong pressed his ear against the stone door to listen; there was no movement inside. Moreover, focusing his attention, Su Changkong couldn’t detect any presence of people.

Su Changkong’s Guiding Technique, refined to an advanced level, allowed him to see the flow of Spiritual Energy in the human body, even through obstacles, unless those barriers were thick enough to obstruct detection of energy flow.

Could it be that Old Man Qishi wasn’t inside in seclusion? Or was it…
