Just as other intelligent beings, excluding cults, can only use psychic power if they possess a ‘superpower organ’, using the power of Vortex One requires the characteristic of being a demonic machine.

For example, with the Ring of Anguish, you can only use it by possessing a demon machine and feasting on it to gain the ability to manipulate gravity or fire the power of the abyss as characteristics. Otherwise, even if you obtain the characteristic, you cannot use it.

It doesn’t look that good up to this point, but among other races, there is no one other than Coldblood that can use Vortex One’s abilities. In addition, Amorph can be used without cost as long as you acquire the characteristics, so it is much more advantageous from a long-term perspective.
