Once Bleed takes effect on an injury caused by Sever or Blood Limbs, the injury won’t heal for as long as spiritual energy is expended on the divine ability.

No matter how small an injury is, once the Bleed divine ability becomes active on that injury, the blood of the target will flow unceasingly through the injury. With Bleed divine ability, no injury is too small to kill a target.
