Gravity Mage with Level-Up System

A few hours later,

I finished reading this small book. My brain is loaded with new information. I learned about the forces outside the magic city, especially about the dangerous territory that could pose a threat to the magic city.

The territory is called “The Dark Territory.” It was mentioned in the book that the Dark Territory is a place for black factions and neutral evil wizards.

Some forces have offended the Super Large Nations and sought refuge here. There are black wizards who have awakened wicked magic that can be practiced publicly.

They choose to enter the Dark Territory to find a home. They build homes for themselves here to conduct experiments.

There is also a rumor that magic union-sanctioned criminals are living in the Dark Territory, those who don’t obey the rules and orders set by the magic union.

Yet the mage union has yet to completely eradicate them. For some reason, they are not attacking the Dark Territory.

Suddenly, I couldn’t help but think about the Forbidden Wizard Remi. He seems to have disappeared from the magic city.

I don’t know whether the Forbidden Wizards of the Silver Tower have found him. Then I pushed down these thoughts by placing the book on the desk.

[Ding! Intruder]

[Ding! Host is advised to hide in the Gregor Mansion]

I was about to pick up another book when the system voice warned me. My eyes flickered. Why is it saying intruder? It could be Forbidden Wizard Charlotte or her friends.

[Ding! Intruder spotted with killing intent.]

[Ding! Host is advised to enter the Gregor Mansion.]

The system warned me again. But this time I didn’t doubt the system. With a thought, I appeared inside the Gregor Mansion. Then I went to the control room to check the outside scene.

Outside,

Several black-clothed figures entered the area of the isolated mansion. They had cracked magic formations to come here. These figures immediately barged into the mansion next

Then they split into different groups to look for target. None of them spoke, as if they had received instructions from someone. Everyone was silently looking for the target.

Time passed.

It didn’t take long for them to go through the other rooms. After confirming there was no one there, they started looking for hidden rooms.

Soon, they found a hidden door to the basement. They opened it, and a few of them quickly entered the basement to check.

In a flash, they went around to check every nook and corner of the basement, but they didn’t find anything.

A few minutes later,

Everyone appeared outside with no results. They all looked at each other before leaving the place in a flash, just as they had first appeared.

Inside the Gregor Mansion, my eyes flashed with surprise. I had thought she brought me to a safe place, but it turned out it had long since been compromised.

People knew that I was here, but I didn’t know who the black-hooded people were. I should tell her when she comes back. Then, with a thought, I appeared back outside in the underground basement.

Fortunately, the system was there to remind me. Even if someone appeared again, it would warn me.

The following day:

Silver Tower:

A group of four well-dressed people came to the Silver Tower. They exude an air of royalty, and an atmosphere of arrogance surrounded them, two male and two female wizards.

Manager Lara was alarmed inside because she recognized these people. They were from the Mage Union. She immediately greeted them.

The middle-aged man with a buzz cut spoke first.

“Where is your new wizard seed?”

“We are here to take him to the Mage Union for some interrogation.”

Hearing that, the blood drained from Lara’s face because the people who came here were all Magic Lords.

Lara continued to remain silent. Her answers would lead to further questions, and she was clear about that. Without Lord Charlotte’s permission, she couldn’t speak a single word to them.

Seeing her silence, the four of them turned icy. The buzz-cut middle-aged man had a gloomy look on his face.

“We are from the Mage Union. If you don’t answer our questions, you will be taken as well,” he threatened.

Lara’s heart started to beat faster, but she was resolute. She wouldn’t utter a word.

One of the female wizards with facial scars stepped forward to confront her.

“I guess we should interrogate her before finding that new wizard seed. What do you guys say?” she said in a cold tone.

Hearing that, the other three nodded their heads.

Lara clenched her fists. She continued to remain silent.

This caused the faces of the other four to change. Their expressions became angry.

The scar-faced middle-aged woman uttered, “I guess it won’t be a problem to teach you a lesson first.”

After saying that, she threw a punch to attack. Seeing that, the other three smiled.

Lara’s heart turned cold. If she didn’t block it, she would suffer injuries. It appeared to be a normal punch, but she knew that wasn’t the case.

Just as the punch was about to hit Lara’s abdomen,

“Harumph!”

A cold snort with coercion echoed.

Boom!

The pressure first struck the scar-faced middle-aged woman before simultaneously striking the others. All four of them were flung backward, crashing into the walls.

Slam!

The walls of the Silver Tower were all built with special materials. When the Magic Lords’ bodies got hit, not even a dent appeared on them.

All four of them then fell down to the ground.

Manager Lara showed a look of relief on her face because she saw the person was none other than Lord Charlotte.

“To think you guys have the guts to come here unannounced,” Charlotte said in a cold tone.

Hearing her voice, all four of them felt a chill go down their spines. They thought this person was not here; in the end, they had made a mistake.

They hadn’t expected Lord Charlotte to be here all along.

“Get up and leave this place in ten seconds. Otherwise, I will throw you all out,” Charlotte said.

All four of their faces changed drastically. They stood up and left without turning back.
