Benladann spread her arms, as her Archetype surged from her azure and silver colored aura, it was twice as tall as she was, and yet it was very thin and delicate-looking, made of mostly ethereal metal.

“Eh?! Wow, it’s so different from what I imagined?” Benladra was caught aghast.

“Yeah…” Kate nodded. “It’s more elegant and beautiful…”

“Wooow! When do I get one?!” Drakda asked, his speech had improved a lot.

“It’s called the Snowveil Justicar… weird name, I know,” nodded Benladann. “But it’s unique… it has another form too… And about when you get one, I have no idea, little Drakda.”

“Yeah I don’t know about that either, what triggers the creation of one anyway?” Miranda asked me. “It can’t just be whenever you feel like, right? Or it wouldn’t work well.”

“It apparently depends on bonds…” I said. “Which is probably why you two awakened one first… I am sure that the kids will be next, maybe Yuki too.”

I quickly checked the information about the Archetypes, and saw the possible Archetypes attached to it…

<Archetypes>

Embodiments of the {Records of Oblivion} from the Records of Stories, Events, Mythology, and History across many worlds, which attach themselves to the Soul of those that have been Enlightened with the Records, gaining access to their power through their Emotional Spectrum, their Past, Future, and their current Powers.

A combination of Divinities, Divine Abilities, Ascendancy Law Essence, Class, Subclasses, Archetypes are the ultimate weapon against the horrors beyond the Boundaries of Dimensions, forged by their creator to fend off the threat from the Dimensional Upheaval.

Each Archetype has Astral Nodes, which embody the three parts that create a vessel, Mind, Heart, and Body. Only one Astral Guardian can be assigned to each Node, boosting the power of the Archetype according to their power.

Class and Subclass Components complement the Archetype, reinforcing their Physical Manifestations and imbuing them with their Elemental and Conceptual Powers.

Sacred Record Gear is the Weapon an Archetype comes with, it can be anything, from spears, swords, axes, shields, guns, and more. These Weapons grow stronger at the same time as the Archetype, with enough power capable of defying reality through the weaponization of Causality.

Lastly, Archetype Skills are unlocked as the Archetype Levels Up and increases its Tier. Their power is also based on the Archetype’s own Tier.

And wow, it was sure a huge list, huh? It showed almost everyone that was usually the most active in battle within our group, minus the rest of the people we met back in Muspelheim.

I am sure that if I meet them once more a few more times, even Surtr’s wives, Emerald’s wife, or even their kids could get something…

But so far, those two will also awaken an Archetype pretty soon… I should meet them later on, once Amethyst wakes up though.

“See for yourself.”

I showed them the list, as everyone was able to finally see how this even worked… Benladra was quite amazed by the percentage.

“And how do we increase the percentage, dad?” she asked.

“Maybe if we hug?” Kate smiled cutely.

“Aw, maybe?” I laughed, grabbing her and carrying her in my arms, as she kissed my cheek and hugged me.

She was as spoiled as always…

Let’s see, did it increase?

Just a little hug and a kiss and the bond increase exponentially…

“It worked…?” Kate celebrated. “Wow, so if we kiss and hug daddy, the bond increases and we get new Archetypes?”

“There’s no way it’s that easy, right?” Benladra wondered. “Huh? The percentage increased?!”

“Wow!” Drakda said.

Then the children smiled mischievously, as I felt intimidated by their intentions…

Benladra hugged my stomach tightly, and Drakda flew over my head and hugged my forehead.

And Kate kept hugging my shoulder and kissing my cheek.

“How about this dad? Is it working? Should I give you a tighter hug?” Benladra asked.

“Raawrr!” Drakda roared adorably.

“Mooch, mooch…!” Kate wouldn’t stop kissing my face.

“K-Kids, this is too much…” I felt more embarrassed than anything, but… yes, it was working.

They were just so cute and lovely, I could simply not resist loving them even more, as I hugged them all back and laughed a little.

“It increased again? Wow,” Kate said. “But not anymore? Not even with ten kissies?”

“I told you that it wouldn’t be so simple…” I sighed. “It’s more than just hugging or kissing me, it’s about spending time together and knowing each other… but you’re my kids, there’s nobody in the world I don’t know better than you three… I guess it’ll take its time, but I am sure it is increasing every day, so have patience.”

“Fine…” Benladra nodded. “I’m starving though, dad! Let’s go eat something!”

“Yeah,” Kate said. “I haven’t had cheesecake in a few days…”

“I want… meat! Hehe…” Drakda giggled, showing me a big smile with his sharp teeth.

Cute… these kids are too cute.

It makes me want to spoil them.

“Alright then, let’s go!”

We moved back to the castle, where we met with Yuki, she had been apparently meditating, constantly learning to control her powers better, probably also strengthening her mind for what was coming, and preparing for the inevitable clash against her “other self” within the boundaries of that dark dimension.

“Hey, you’re back,” she smiled. “Took you a while, huh? What were you guys doing over there?”

“Training,” Benladann said, patting her head. “Let’s go have dinner.”

“Ahh, yeah, I’m starving,” Yuki nodded, standing up. “So… Um, I guess I’m part of the family now? I get to hang out forever?”
