Emperor's Domination

“Boom!” Heat waves emerged and a figure rode the waves of Star Ocean.

A sun accompanied him, ravaging the area with flames. This solar power originated from him alone, making him look like a sun god.

His destination was Li Qiye and the monarch’s peak. His eyes pulsed brightly like two suns, capable of scorching the earth.

He was shocked to see the golden dragon hanging on the peak.

“I am Solar Monarch of Desolate Frontier. Sirs, may I ask where you two hail from?” The monarch spoke clearly and confidently. His words pulsed with incredible temperature due to his grand dao.

He was a desolate god but still listed among the twelve emperors of Desolate Frontier. After all, he was in the heavenreach stage, enough for him to dominate Old World when not counting primal ancestors.

His solar flame was also extremely potent, never extinguishing until nothing was left of the opponent.

“Solar, lunar, whatever, leave, don’t interrupt our meal.” Black Witch Monarch waved dismissively.

His attitude offended Solar whose eyes narrowed as he spoke: “Sir, Star Ocean belongs to Desolate Frontier. It is not unreasonable for you to state your title and affiliation.”

“You!” Solar’s expression became ugly. The old man’s attitude was infuriating enough but now, this was a direct insult.

This was akin to meeting a stranger claiming to be his ancestor. A brawl was inevitable.

He focused his gaze but found nothing peculiar about Li Qiye. As for the monarch, this man looked mysterious but more of the swindler variety.

“Sir, why must you insult me?” Solar calmed down and said, displaying benevolence.

“Fool, your ancestor saved you earlier yet you are still running your mouth. Kneel before him and show your gratitude.” Black Witch Monarch shook his head.

This sounded even more absurd, asking him - a heavenreach desolate god - to kneel before an ordinary brat. This was akin to spitting on his face.

“Our Desolate Frontier has no such ancestor.” When his expression darkened, his divinity turned into sharp blades capable of flaying the flesh little by little.

“It’s alright, I forgive your ignorance out of respect for your ancestors.” Li Qiye shook his head.

Solar took this as adding insult to injury. The guy acted high and lofty, choosing to forgive him.

“I see, I see…” Solar laughed from being angry and said: “If you claim to be my ancestor, I will overestimate myself and see just how capable you are.”

“Boom!” Solar released all of his power, conjuring a fiery domain around the peak. The waves flowed high enough to burn stars.

He grew larger to the size of a colossal god. The domain itself only reached his waist. His flames became far stronger than before in this state. He grew a pair of horns with the greatest heat. Storms emanated from them and swept the stars.

“Sir, please give me pointers.” Solar challenged thunderously.

“Sigh, given your cultivation, you are nothing more than breakfast for the creatures here yet you want pointers from me?” Li Qiye said before whistling.

“Rumble!” The mother darkloop has been hiding all this time with its baby on its back.

Despite being curious, they didn’t dare to get close to Li Qiye and the monarch.

After receiving a whistle command, the baby excitedly shouted something. The mother immediately traveled through space and appeared above Solar’s head.

“Bam!” It performed a tail whip, capable of crushing emperors.

“Solar Eruption!” Solar became startled by the sudden ambush.

This tail crushed his domain and anima power. The avatar state started crumbling.

“Boom!” His anima tree emerged, granting him more power than ever. A massive fiery storm rushed upward against the tail, pulling everything inward for total destruction.

Unfortunately, his opponent was a king of the colossal beasts, born endowed with incredible might.

His incinerating storm was extinguished by the tail, seemingly as feeble as a candle.

“Ahh!” He was struck next, smashed out of Star Ocean again.
