Myria pursed her lips, “To create a Godskull for the Forsaken Yin Lotus Manual, you need a genuine Nether Yin Lotus Core.”

The air shifted slightly.

Mingzhi blinked, “…Nether Yin Lotus Core? Sounds like something from the Nether Dimension.”

“It really is from the Nether Dimension,” Myria nodded slowly. “It’s a real, physical resource. It is a crystallized lotus core that is said to form in the deepest parts of the Netherworld Chasm, a forbidden zone beneath the Yinfall Abyss, far beyond the borders of the Ghostly Yin Region.”

Natalya raised her brows, “Netherworld Chasm… how did you know?”

“Since Nadia and the others were entering, we had collected information from all our allies of the Nether Dimension… Fortunately, the Ghostly Crow Lower Realm possessed some information about it, and I had seen this resource being mentioned.”

“No wonder…” Natalya nodded.

She had heard Nadia headed to the Nether Dimension along with Nyoran and a few others. If she had been here, she might’ve also volunteered to go.

“…” Mingzhi blink. To think she had missed such information.

Nightveil was just doing a good job communicating with the others that it was now apparent that she was no longer needed in the intelligence department.

‘Isn’t that what I aimed for…?’ Mingzhi inwardly giggled.

“Yes.” Myria’s tone didn’t change, “The Yinfall Abyss is not just filled with yin and ghostly energy. It’s a danger zone where yin converges so densely it bends space, time, and karma. Light can namely survive there. Only those who have mastered Yin Laws at the level of an Empyrean can enter without instant soul collapse.”

“What exactly is the Nether Yin Lotus Core?” Evelynn asked, her brows furrowed.

It seemed to grow in a dangerous place, even in the Nether Dimension. She wasn’t so sure about sending anyone there.

She wondered how the Forsaken Yin Lotus Sect harvested it.

“It said that it is the remnant heart of a mythical lotus born from the corpse of a Nether Devil that blooms only once every ten million years,” Myria replied, “However, it has a prerequisite that that Nether Devil needs to severe hundreds, and thousands of lives, refine them and eat them before becoming a corpse. Otherwise, it is mentioned that lotus wouldn’t bloom.”

Everyone turned to look at Natalya. How could she obtain something like that?

Did they have to capture a Nether Devil? Let it feast on countless lives before killing it and waiting ten million years before harvesting?

“Don’t worry.” Myria touched her thigh, comforting her, “Nether Devils fight each other all the time. They are like barbarians, but they should also know how to cultivate the land like farmers. The Yinfall Abyss should be one such place. They should have one or two ready. Otherwise, the Forsaken Yin Lotus Sect wouldn’t’ send their disciples to certain death since the so-called Forsaken Yin Divine Priestess would also need to go there in order to harvest it.”

“I don’t know,” Myria said, “The last one seemed to have appeared over two hundred thousand years ago in an auction… it was bought by the people from the Eternal Frost Upper Realm.”

“Do you think they still have it?” Mingzhi blinked.

“Probably not. The Godskull isn’t the only matter it is used for. Even as an ingredient, it should be extremely useful in alchemy and other cultivation purposes like comprehending Law Intents.”

“Seems like we need to inform Nadia and the others. Do we have a way? I can leave. I’m not needed here- of course, after I meet with darling~”

Natalya giggled.

“You just returned and are already talking about leaving. Bad sister~” Evelyn reached out her hand, pinching Natalya’s cheek.

“Owowow~” Natalya’s lips curled.

“Unfortunately, Nadia and the others haven’t re-established contact yet. It is unknown where they went, but hopefully, they’re alright since their life tablets aren’t broken.” Mingzhi answered.

“I see…” Natalya rubbed her cheeks, acting cute and aggrieved after Evelynn let go.

She turned to look at Mingzhi, “Think you can find that resource anywhere else for me?”

“I can try. Someone might’ve retrieved it but haven’t used it yet or has it for sale.” Mingzhi crossed her arms, her tone dark, “But something like that wouldn’t go unnoticed by the world. Any power that has it would know its worth and would likely brag about it. Let me use the intelligence organizations later this day to find if they have it or not, but even if they have it, procuring it would be difficult.”

“In that case-” Myria added, “It’s likely held by a nether sect that dives into the Nether Dimension, a ghost faction, or perhaps buried beneath a battlefield no one dares explore.”

“Mhm, I’ll take those places into account while searching.” Mingzhi nodded.

“I want to hear more about the Divine Exalt Stage. How many faithful followers does a Divine Exalt need to increase their prowess by one level?”

Everyone turned to look above and saw Stella appear to lie down on her stomach in mid-air while grasping her cheeks cheekily and leering at them.
