Chapter 3410: My Best!
Rean and Roan flew ahead after getting rid of the first guy. Around thirty minutes later, Rean’s body suddenly flashed, and he appeared right in front of an aperture on a tree on the ground. As he did that, he punched forward.
*BANG!*
The tree burst into countless pieces, and from within it, a body went kicking on the ground several times before it hit another tree. Only then did that body stop, and the person... actually a demon beast, completely blackened out. The Demon Beasts didn’t even know what happened before Rean punched its chest.
Rean returned to the air, where Roan was waiting with his arms crossed. Roan had a cold expression, looking in a different direction. There didn’t seem to be anything in the area Roan was looking at, but his eyes didn’t divert from that position. It was as if he was challenging someone. ’Come! Why don’t you give it a try?’
*Zush!*
A distortion in space suddenly occurred exactly where Roan was looking, but it didn’t approach Rean and Roan. Instead, it turned around and ran away. It was already gone from the twins’ sight by the time Rean returned to Roan’s side.
"Look what you have done? You scared him away. Hahaha!" Rean spoke as he laughed.
"Hmph!" Roan couldn’t care less. "He saw what you did to the demon beast and understood he was absolutely no match to us. Above all, he noticed that he couldn’t hide from us."
"He can now, though," Rean shrugged. Once that hidden expert noticed he would be in for a world of pain if he attacked, his killing intention instantly dissipated. Naturally, so did the Red Color of Killing Intent. That would be one way to get close to the twins, approach them without holding any killing intent. Too bad no one knew about that.
Roan continued to fly ahead. "Let’s keep going."

Somewhere else...
*Kabum!*
A giant fireball hit Kentucky’s back, scorching heat spreading through his body. However, Kentucky didn’t seem to even feel that before his wings flapped. In the next moment, he appeared behind three cultivators who had just attacked him together with that fireball. "This is not polite, you know?"
Those three felt like they saw a ghost. How can Kentucky be that fast with such a much lower cultivation? Too bad they didn’t have the time to ask.
*Swish, swish, swish!*
Three of Kentucky’s Feather Blades immediately shot forward, hit them on the shoulders, and impaled them against the trees below. They all screamed in pain, the fear in their eyes obvious. They tried to use the maximum of their energies as possible to defend against Kentucky’s feathers. Yet, it was as if their protection didn’t exist before they were hit.
They looked at Kentucky, wondering what to do. Can they even fight something like that? The idea instantly disappeared from their minds. Hundreds of those same feathers now materialized all around them. They couldn’t defend against three of them, one for each, let alone hundreds at once.
*Bang, bang, bang!*
The unfortunate group failed to notice someone else at that point. Three hardened blobs of blood hit their heads from their blind spots, making them go unconscious. Rifindio came from behind that tree, feeling like he was bullying those poor guys.
Once he returned to Kentucky’s side, he couldn’t help but ask. "Was there even a need to let them hit you with that fire attack? They joined forces at that moment, you know?"
Kentucky shrugged in midair. "It is not like you couldn’t tell the strength of their elemental attack with your Divine Sense. Sure, if it was you, you would still get injured. But don’t forget who I am. Void Tempering Realm attacks of that level are just not enough to breakthrough my defenses. Besides, that gave me the perfect opportunity to sneak behind them and take them out of combat without causing any lasting damage."
Rifindio narrowed his eyes. "You just wanted to play with them, didn’t you, master?"
Kentucky smiled, quickly showing his tongue. "Hahaha! Seems like my disciple knows me quite well. Fine, I also did it because I wanted to see their surprise and shock."
Rifindio had a judgemental look on his face, though.
"Alright, alright, stop looking at me like that. I won’t take any unnecessary risks anymore," Kentucky gave up.
Finally, Rifindio nodded, satisfied. "That’s more like it. You know Rick and Morty. They will definitely blame you if you attract too much attention."
Kentucky had to agree with that. "Well, they can actually attract quite some attention themselves, but so be it. Let’s keep going."

*Gasp, gasp, gasp...*
Somewhere else, Zangeshu breathed heavily, looking at a group of demon beasts down below. They were all injured; some were unconscious, while others were grunting in pain. Sparks of Lightning could be seen appearing over their bodies now and then.
Ridia was by his side, looking at Zangeshu, who had one of his arms missing. The happiness on her face disappeared by now, and she actually looked scared. The arm wasn’t a big deal since Rean could simply regrow it later. Nonetheless, he still felt the pain, and the fear was still present in Ridia’s eyes as she looked at it. This was indeed the first time she had confronted enemies who were really trying to kill her.
Zangeshu didn’t stay there for long. He quickly grabbed Ridia’s arm, flying away from that location while cursing. "What bullshit ’I shouldn’t have any problems’ he was talking about? We barely survived that first attack!" Zangeshu was obviously talking about Roan, who had said that to him before the start of the test.
’Zangeshu...’ Ridia looked at him with tears in her eyes while speaking through Divine Sense. ’I’m sorry. You got your arm...’
"Shut up!" Zangeshu scolded her. "If you have time to feel sorry, then just break your token. You will be instantly teleported outside. We can take you back later. Otherwise, think about how to defend yourself better next time. You would have died there if I hadn’t intervened." Zangeshu felt even angrier as he thought about that. He wasn’t a fighter... or so he believed before. Yet, glancing behind and looking at how he managed to take down five enemies on his own while he was still in the Initial Stage of the Transition Realm truly surpassed his expectations. Seems like he truly grew to be able to protect himself at least.
"I’ll do my best!" Ridia suddenly said. In the next moments, her arms transformed into branches, just like Gian did when he met the twins in the past.
