They're not complete, but they should be enough. It's time to select the heirs to inherit these five True Spirit King bloodlines."

All of the primordial beings present immediately rose to their feet before extending grateful bows toward Bai Ze.

It was all thanks to Bai Ze's assistance that they were able to successfully summon the five True Spirit King bloodlines. Otherwise, their blood arrays alone wouldn't have been anywhere near sufficient to get the job done.

Immediately thereafter, a streak of gray light flew into the crimson space, then faded away to reveal a gray-robed, middle-aged man.

The man had a gentle and refined appearance, but there was a dark and cold look in his eyes, as if his heart were enshrouded in shadow.

"Who goes there?" many of the primordial beings present exclaimed.

This was an extremely important occasion to all of the primordial tribes, and a watertight encirclement had already been formed around the entirety of Eight Plains Mountain, whlie a multitude of powerful restrictions had been set up outside the Asura Blood Gate to prevent the ceremony from being interrupted, so everyone was naturally quite alarmed by this unannounced arrival.

A surprised look appeared on Han Li's face at the sight of the gray-robed man, who he was able to identify as none other than Liu Zizai.

However, he then immediately shook his head as he thought to himself, No, he's not Liu Zizai. He's identical to Liu Zizai in appearance, but their auras are somewhat different.

The cold and menacing aura being given off by the gray-robed man was very different from Liu Zizai's aura, and for some reason, the man struck Han Li with a sense of familiarity, as if they had met somewhere in the past.

Three Heavenly Fox beings appeared around Han Li and Liu Le'er in a flash, namely Fox 3, Elder Mu, and a dark-skinned elderly man who was at the pinnacle of the High Zenith Stage.

"Thank you for protecting Young Mistress Le'er, Fellow Daoist Han," Fox 3 said as he cupped his fist in a grateful salute.

His gratitude was echoed by the dark-skinned elderly man, while Elder Mu also cupped his fist in a salute toward Han Li, albeit in a very reluctant manner.

"There's no need to thank me, Le'er is just as important to me as she is to all of you," Han Li replied with a nod.

"It hasn't been long since we last met, but you've made some significant strides once again, Fellow Daoist Han. It's very impressive that you're completely mentally unaffected in the face of all of these powerful cultivators," Fox 3 remarked.

Han Li's heart stirred slightly upon hearing this.

At the moment, all of the Great Encompassment cultivators in the crimson space had released their own auras to contend with that of the gray-robed man, so the entire space was filled with terrifying Great Encompassment Stage pressure. Liu Le'er, Fox 3, and the other High Zenith cultivators were able to keep up a calm facade, but their souls were trembling in their bodies in an instinctive, submissive reaction to the power of all of the Great Encompassment cultivators.

Not only was it a huge stride in cultivation base to progress from the High Zenith Stage to the Great Encompassment Stage, one's soul would also undergo a massive evolution and begin to fuse as one with one's body.

At this point, all of the Heavenly Fox beings had already recovered from their astonishment, and they were locked in a confrontation against the gray-robed man.

"How dare you come to the Asura Blood Gate after what you did, Liu Tianhao!" Liu Qing spat with a cold expression.

Liu Tianhao was completely unfazed by the hostility in Liu Qing's voice, and he smiled as he asked, "What did I do? I'll have to ask you to elaborate, Fellow Daoist Liu Qing."

"It seems like you don't have the best memory. No matter, you'll have plenty of time to contemplate your own sins in the afterlife!" Liu Qing said with a cold smile as he swept a sleeve through the air, and all of a sudden, Liu Tianhao found himself in a boundless expanse of inky darkness with a massive river of stars rapidly revolving around him.

It was as if he had suddenly been teleported deep into a boundless starry sky.

All of a sudden, the giant river stars swelled drastically to fill up the entire starry sky, and a burst of terrifying power surged out of it, sweeping up Liu Tianhao and threatening to tear his body to shreds.

At the same time, a storm of asteroids came hurtling out of the river of stars, battering against Liu Tianhao to send him flying back through the air, while blood splattered in all directions from his body.

Liu Tianhao paid no heed to his own injuries as he remarked, "This is not a bad illusory spirit domain, but unfortunately for you, it won't be enough to trap me."

Immediately thereafter, a gray mark appeared over his glabella, then split open to reveal a gray vertical eye, out of which came pouring an endless torrent of gray flames.

The gray flames were giving off extremely pure illusory law powers, and every part of the starry sky that came into contact with them instantly collapsed.

In the blink of an eye, the starry sky was completely destroyed, and Liu Tianhao found himself back in the crimson space, with all of his injuries also instantly erased.
