“Stop! Stop!” Dragoon guards shouted as an ice dragon was slung through the streets, causing the citizens to take to the roofs or escape through alleyways to avoid the fighting. Stones were thrown into the air as the pavement was demolished by the rampage, causing the already frantic dragoons to scatter in the skies, using themselves as shields to protect the populace from flames and ice.

Prioritizing the citizen’s safety. Nice, but what the heck is going on?

There were … three fire dragons and eight ice dragonkin, all around the same size, although the drakes of the latter group were bulky enough to seem larger. Regardless, what mattered was they were all large enough that about two or three could fit vertically inside the main street leading to the eatery center and the harbor. With nine scalekin fighting in this area, destruction was imminent.

Sure, the dragons could take to the sky, but none of them were even considering the houses and people. Their callous and careless fire and ice breaths were demolishing buildings while their strikes and tumbles sent the ripples of ruin through Iceskale. This domino effect was slowly spreading to other sections as the fighting had no care where it went, in fact, it looked like the emotional slugfest was completely out of control!

“Flame leech, this is our damn city you are burning to ashes! All is obvious for you power drunk fools!”

“Born in the haze of sulfur, grown in the baths of stone; stop acting like this is your home, hotshot! You’re just like any other flame skink; the ice would sooner melt before you can do anything to a ruler!”

“This isn’t our problem, fire dragon. Fly off if you can’t settle in!”

At least, that was what I understood after I translated all the understandable roaring. The ice dragons were shouting as vigorously as they could—their anger palpable through their combat—but from the state of the fight, I could see that it was mostly their way to keep themselves motivated.

The fire dragons, after all, were holding them back quite well despite the number disadvantage. They were well trained, evident from the way they were flying like swallows, weaving through the air as they dodged the attacks of their opponents. Was it due to a level gap or was it due to the fire dragons’ combat experience, as I could see from how their head would snap towards incoming assaults that their [Danger Perception] was quite high leveled. Naturally, it could also be their keen senses forged through countless battles.

Yet, holding the opponent back was quite admirable, the fire dragons weren't exactly doing that well. This was an attrition war that the ice dragonkin would always win due to their collective strength, slowly able to whittle down their opponents’ mana and stamina. Not to mention, while the ice dragonkin were making sure to reduce collateral damage to a minimum, as this was their home, the fire dragons were bombarding the entire area with flames, disregarding everything to his advantage.

You keep doing this, somebody will start considering you guys as terrorists!

Urgh, bunch of brats …” Drakunov said before turning away, looking like he was about to walk back to the harbor. Grabbing his shoulder, I stopped him, prompting him to defend himself. “They are fledglings, Hestia. Very young ones, in fact; those who haven’t gone on their adulthood pilgrimage, yet. You can see it easily from how small they are; a mere look is enough, not to mention, their pheromones are far sweeter than what you can smell from me, right?”

Certainly true, as I felt the same sweet aroma coming from them as I would from Cernust or Neill. Also, most of them seemed only slightly larger than I was, so all of them were most likely only rank C. “Brats,” to Drakunov who was probably as old as Sieg, these “kids” were probably having a temper tantrum to him.

“Also, considering the Maustoovaka issue, this is really not the worst some fledgling has done to cause trouble, you know?” He smirked, making it feel like a sword was driven into my chest. “Children will fight; that’s how they vent their frustrations, boredom, and stress. Fighting also settles grudges and puts each member on a hierarchy that can help blossom relationships. Haha, Siegragxus, Lissandrath, and I also didn’t get along when we first met, but we were able to mellow out and accept each other as an important person in our lives.”

“As fair of a statement as that is, Lord Drakunov, but what exactly does this have to do with this?” Tasianna asked, demanding as her face contorted in distress. “Are you seriously letting this go on, like always? The dragoons cannot do anything here, and you know it!”

Confused by that last statement, considering dragoons were supposed to maintain the peace, I had Tasianna explain it further.

“Lady Hestia, you know how dragonewts and wyverns act around true dragonkin! They treat each like the nobility of the human; although, probably worse as they revere them due to their ancestry! The dragoon order is there to maintain order, yes, and can and will punish true dragokin if allowed, but only if they cause serious harm to the point an order is given to stop the trouble.” Tasianna held her head in pain, looking stressed as if this had happened before. “The dragoons here are probably city guards, most are probably still newly inducted since guard duty is there to allow them to gain work experience. I see no guard or knight captain; they are doing what they can without any orders in their confusion and panic—guarding the citizens so everything doesn’t escalate!”

“Remember how everything happened when you got into that conflict with Lord Rhekkraxus, my lady,” Beth reminded me, now speaking in Draconic as my understanding had grown somewhat. “None of the surrounding wyverns or dragoons helped us diffuse the situation. Not even when we moved the conflict outside. Your brother, Prince Nongramos, stopped the battle before it got worse.”

“When the feral dragon rampaged in Volcanic Nest, a group of true dragonkin under your eldest brother’s command subjugated them. The dragoons and wyverns fought alongside them, but that was only due to the former’s orders,” Shay added, also speaking normally. I wouldn’t get better in Draconic if I kept using [Telepathy] as a crutch. “In the end, what matters more is the city’s sanctity as a place of safety. True dragonkin? Lesser? This is Empress Melloxtressa’s realm; how do troublemakers compare to Her Majesty’s domain?”

Drakunov turned around, a look of annoyance could be seen as he glared at Shay. “Haa, using duty as the argument, I see? That’ll rile the dragoons up enough, even if it comes from a wyvern; you are Her Majesty’s retainer, so it should work. However …”

“If you don’t want to do it, then I will,” I interrupted. “If you see them as kids ‘having fun,’ then you won’t mind when another kid does the same to stop them, right? ‘Cause a certain kid here can’t take it when others interrupt other people’s day.”

Ignoring Drakunov’s response and the situation happening with the dragoons, I cast [Unheiliger Engel] and create a floating platform for me to stand on. Using it to levitate up, it gave me a much better view of the fight, although it also attracted many spectators. Sure, their city was getting destroyed at this moment, but it was still entertainment and the dragoons were protecting them well enough, so why not? I could definitely understand the appeal.

However, while I didn’t want to stop people’s amusement, this issue would bog me down later . That meant I had to deal with this later, since Sieg would most likely want to teach me how expensive rebuilding all of this would cost! Not to mention commissioning the earth mages, architects, managing the newly homeless people, and this wasn’t even mentioning if some of these houses also had leashes, businesses, or anything else that would complicate the paperwork!

You brats are gonna make me do more work!

[Music Resonation (Moderate)] inflicted on [Young Sunfang Dragon, Hestia Atsuko Kargryxmor]

“Shining bright, all for your smiles ♫

This is me, my music will rage like fire ♫

Open up! ♫

Listen here! Hoo hoo woah! ♫

Life can beat you down to the ground, give you all the suffering ♫

It’s not that I can’t understand ♫

Pressing on with a broken heart, and the feeling of loss ♫

It’s hard ♫

Sadly, there’s no pity, so start your sprint now! ♫

Rise above the top, aim for that moment ♫

Oh, surely, we’ll fly ♫

All to sing about my life to the heavens! ♫”

So, the best way to stop all of this wasn’t to enter the fight myself, or shoot out a roar—I didn’t want to cause even more panic. As such, [Slave to my Love] was the move here to taunt every single person able to hear and see me. I was the lightbulb to attract these nine dragonkin, and whether they wanted or not, this fight would end here, or they would give me a good reason to punt them from the sky.

Sadly, with how tense their emotions probably were, none of them properly assessed the situation.

“Stay out of this dragonewt!”

“Taunting a dragon! Wrong time to help your master, lesser!”

None of them saw me as a dragon. I guess it also didn’t help that I was still in my diving suit, my hair was slicked back from the salty water, and I didn’t have my wings out. Although, that didn’t give the nine ice dragons a reason to attack me.

My voice didn’t falter and kept singing as diligently as ever, but my eyes sharpened as I saw two ice breaths flying towards me, with the other seven shooting insults at me, trying their best to turn their attention away from me. Sadly, they couldn’t, and it might be better for them to watch what would soon happen.

“Take this fly down alr—!” One of them tried to chastise his own ally for “taking too much time,” when they were already responding well enough, only to go silent when both ice breaths were immediately blocked by a giant frost snake materializing in front of me.

I looked down, seeing Tasianna having taken her catalyst out to cast [Slithering Frost Serpent]. As everybody who could hear my song was affected by [Taunted], it also meant that any attack Tasianna sent out would target me, as well. However, as long as she only materialized the spell golem and didn’t command it to attack, it could easily serve as a shield against some rank C ice dragon breaths.

[“Don’t hurt them too much, guys!”] I said as I felt [Danger Perception] activate from behind me.

[“Of course, my lady!”] Shay and Beth replied in unison as I I blew myself to the side with [Wind Blast], dodging their ice breath, allowing them to target the ice dragons.

Another loophole around [Slave of my Love]’s [Taunted] effect was dodging attacks meant for me to have them hit the ones behind me. This resulted in two closeby dragons crying out in pain as their wings were flashfrozen in a matter of seconds, removing their ability to keep themselves in the air.

The twins were in their dragonewt forms, but they were still close to max leveled rank B, compared to a bunch of rank Cs. Their ice attacks easily overpowered the lower wisdom of the ice dragonkin even without them resorting to Mom’s true ice spells.

Once the dragons fell onto the ground, I cast [Terra Wall] and molded them into spheres to capture them, seeing as this part of the city was already in ruin. With two of the ice dragons rampaging about inside their prisons, the remaining seven roared with eyes filled with so much rage I didn’t even need [Slave to my Love] to keep them taunted.

Once I stopped singing, Tasianna and the twins quickly handled the situation by taking the dragonkin down with minimal damage, allowing me to mostly solve the situation until the more dragoons appeared on the scene to stop all the fighting. Funnily enough, Vifi was among them!

Even from on top of my levitating obsidian platform, I could see her grimacing the moment she saw me. I waved to greet her, but also shook my head to communicate my complete lack of involvement in this fiasco. Instead, I pointed at the brats, especially the three fire dragons still flying in the sky.

He’s staring, but being a good boy, regardless.

“Princess Hestia!” With the conflict settled, the captain of this dragoon platoon flew up to me to bow. “I apologize for taking so long to respond to the commotion. Thank you very much for handling it until now.”

“I’m still getting used to everything, so it’s fine. Not like a conflict is rare in other places I’ve visited, although I guess the level of destruction isn’t … Well, like this.” I stared at the remains of the street, sighing a bit at all the furniture, belongings, and business products thrown about and covered inside all the rubble. “I just heard an explanation from Tasianna. Does this happen often?”

Love this novel? Read it on Royal Road to ensure the author gets credit.

The captain went silent, his reptilian face barely exposing his emotions to my question. I didn’t want to force an answer out and took his lack of a response as my cue to shut up for now.

The two of us then landed, where I saw the dragoons who were first at the scene giving a summary to their seniors, while Shay was giving our witness report on our behalf. Meanwhile, I requested from the captain if I could speak with the fledglings, wanting to understand what exactly happened since I did feel responsible due to the fire dragon refugees.

“Naturally, my lady.”

There were no complaints.

Leaving the ice dragonkin to the dragoons and Vifi, I went over to the fire dragons. They were still free and mostly unharmed, as they didn’t do anything once I involved myself in this issue. Still, I could see the damages on their bodies, with scales still frozen and cracking under the movements of their breathing. Nobody’s life was in danger, so I was holding off on healing for now.

“Hello, I think we’ve seen each other already, no? Still, we haven’t introduced each other, yet,” I said to break the ice, prompting two of them to bow their heads.

“Drahk-krafili Hestia,” they both growled, causing the ice dragons to all snap their heads towards me, prompting me to smile awkwardly. As it has calmed down, everybody should be able to sniff out my scent. “We didn’t mean—”

“It’s okay!” I interrupted them. “I know you must be worried about my mother’s opinion, not to mention what Uncle Alex will say to your parents, but I’ll make sure this won’t explode as long as the reasoning is good … So, mind telling me what happened before I go to the other side and speak.”

“Wait!” one of the ice dragons erupted in protest. “Hold on, Your Highness! That flame leech will distort everything, please, hear—Grk!

The dragon stopped when Tasianna began glaring at him. Despite her shorter size, my fairy maid’s icy stare was still effective as it did involve her [Tyrant’s Aura]. It didn’t matter if these kids had the pride of a true dragonkin, as they should understand the clear difference in strength between them and us from what had just occurred. Staying quiet and listening was the best move.

Sadly, even with a chance to speak, the fire dragons were keeping to themselves, with the two who had spoken to me looking awkwardly on the ground like kids ready to get admonished. Their fiery self was replaced by their meek side, unable to speak to us as they groaned in confusion on who should speak first.

Strangely, the one in the middle was keeping to himself for a different reason, if my assessment was correct. I could feel a silent scorn from him with the way his eyes were squinted, like a displeased teenager unwilling to give eye contact to their parents after a harsh scolding. It was obvious he had something to say to me.

I need another ice breaker … Hold on, haven’t I seen this guy before?

“… You resemble Fehrkatruk.” I stared at the fire dragon, prompting them to snap their head to me, showing their teeth, only to jerk back when they saw both Shay and Beth glaring at him, exuding their aura to protect me. The dragon lowered their head, pouting in shame from a damaged ego. “The similarity is there with the way your horns crown your head and how your tails have the same pine cone-like shape and form … Considering the 20 fire dragons who came to Frozen Nest, you are all his relatives, but I think you are his direct sibling. In other words, you are angry at me for what happened to your fa—”

“Shut up! You—Grk!” He jumped back, wings and tail raised in the air as Shay took a step forward.

“Still your tongue, fledgling.” His words stung like the cold wind of the north. Seeing ice forming around his arm-wings, the fire dragons realized Shay wasn’t like most wyverns, unwilling to take a stand against true dragonkin. “Resolve your issues in a proper manner. This destruction of our home also involves you, so, speak! Answer Princess Hestia’s question. What happened?”

The fire dragon clicked his tongue, raising his head to give himself a sense of superiority over Shay as he looked down. He opened his mouth again, showing off his teeth but kept silent regardless.

Seeing this, the other two dragons wanted to intervene, ready to speak, but this only agitated the one in the middle even further. As if he had everything under control, he sprung forward, shouting at the other two to be quiet, before finally speaking on behalf of everybody.

… Why does this guy remind me a bit of Daichi?

“My name is Kylunavus Kleodrastia. Yeah, I’m Sierranavus Rexmardr’s son. You want to know what happened, princess? Your people! That’s what!” he snarled. “There is nothing to do here after we settled down in some mountains near Iceskale. Too far away from the good hunting grounds, and if we go too close, the dragons nearby try to attack us. You’re a damn fire dragon, as well, you should know how idiotic it is to vie for territory against ice dragons in a blizzard!”

Why is he ranting at me, now?

Regardless of my confusion, I let him continue, “Mother asked the Dragon Ruler of Ice for help, but he only gave us the tip to ‘find some responsibility in Iceskale’ in exchange for wealth and proper food. The audacity! My father was one of Lord Maustoovaka’s most trusted retainers, and we get treated worse than a no-name dragon that just spawned! We aren’t even trusted, and he assumes we can find some duty? Graak!

It was obvious this guy had been bottling up these thoughts for a while now with how fervent he was. Still, this didn’t answer my questions, though, I could guess he probably vented his anger out on the ice dragons, or, something caused him to open the “lid.” The latter did insult him during the battle, after all.

He took a step forward, but this time, none of my wyvern guards interrupted him, allowing him to finish his response. “What sort of treatment is this, after my father sacrificed himself for somebody like you! Denounced by Emperor Eltharion; you’re only treated as a princess because of your mother. Everybody knows you’re no ice dragon princess; you’re a damn fire dragon, but where in Emperor Eltharion’s horns have you been? What happened? Nothing happened, that’s what! Except for what we would expect from these frozen cowards demeaning actual dragons doing what’s good for the empire!”

“Sulfur-breath!” the ice dragon from before imploded, storming through the dragoons keeping him away from us. “Her Majesty allowed you in despite our nests’ history! I knew this furnace fodder would bend the truth into his favor, Your Highness! Please, listen to us.”

Sulfur-breath? Furnace fodder? D-did I translate that correctly? Hold on … does my breath smell like sulfur, as well? This emotional outburst was enough to break my confidence in my Draconic.

Nevertheless, listening to both sides’ story was the fundamentals of mediation. He waited long enough.

After I accepted it, his face glowed up, nodding vigorously before quickly apologizing for their misunderstanding from before. They were too hot headed and my sudden appearance, including me applying [Taunted] on them, gave them no chance to realize they weren’t retaliating against a dragonewt servant of the refugees, but the crimson princess of their home.

Once he was done, he began, “My friends and I were wandering around the food market to get some food, talking, well, about our opinion on you and also our soon-to-come pilgrimage.”

“… Pretty frank, aren’t you?”

“Because I’m telling you the truth!” he vehemently asserted. “You’re treating us as if we are solely to blame here. Dragon Ruler Alextraxus has been pressuring our parents and older siblings to accept you in the next senate meeting, so this kinda situation is the sort that will complicate things for us! Do you think none of us dragonkin would talk about you after the Inferno Nest thing?”

Huh … th-that does make sense. Well, I shouldn’t care if people talk about me.

“No to mention, you trailblazed your path as a damn whelpling, running through the gauntlet all earth dragon-like. Gotta talk, what else?” he continued, really testing the limits of my Draconic here.

I wasn’t sure if he was using slang or if this actually was what he said. Honestly, from how broken his sentence seemed, I would rather bet that I had no idea what he was saying and that my brain was simply filling out the gaps. Frankly, Hikari and I simply tossed this piece of information out of our memory as it sounded like total nonsense. Maybe I will understand it at a later date, but for now, no.

Telling him to calm down and simply tell his part of the story, the ice dragon nodded and restarted his retelling. “Those three overheard what we talked about, and mentioned how ungrateful we are for his father’s sacrifice. He eventually blew up and even talked about how weak and cowardly we are for not taking his mother’s offer to exact revenge on that ruler of fire. The ice melted quickly, and they started talking smack about how Her Majesty has to coddle Lord Alextraxus! To protect Frozen Nest from the full strength of Inferno Nest! He thought he could say that in the middle of the city without another dragonkin hearing this? He better thank the elder scales that they didn’t jump in as well to cut that tail of his!”

“I told no lies, you admitted it!” Kyluvanus protested. “Nine against three, and we held on well enough! That’s enough proof you fog sniffers haven’t fought anything decent in a while; you’ve only hunted. We had to compete against the magma dragonkin for territory, not to mention, the occasional dark dragon or earth drake wanting to take land at the border. Ha, you skinks think you can keep relying on your ancients? The civil war is coming, whether you like it or not, and you will be part of it because of her!”

Why are you bringing me into this discussion, again!

I wanted to speak back. Sadly, I had to take in a deep breath and calm myself, as I wasn’t into arguing like a kid when these dragonkin should be around their late adolescence, if Cernust and Neill were the ideal age to start your pilgrimage. Around your early twenties, in other words.

The situation was simply too complicated to solve with some words of apologies or me getting angry. On one side, the fire dragon had the right to be angered after what happened and I could understand why the ice dragons would get agitated from being taunted. This was inevitable, and it didn’t help that I hadn’t involved myself more with the refugees up until now.

Considering what Hedthalak had done for me, I should feel some responsibility to his family. Nevertheless, I wasn’t blaming myself here, as I didn’t feel like I had wasted any time. There were things I had to do.

“… So you’re not denying the fact you caused this to begin?” I stared the adolescent dragon down, causing him to take a step back to the cheers of the ice dragon behind me. “Look around you, before you speak about being a coward. Look how much of the ice touched the city. Look how much it turned into ashes.”

I pointed at the ruined landscape, bringing the fire dragons attention to everything I had witnessed when I first arrived. The destroyed streets, the frozen and scorched scales littering the rubble, and the burned down houses cooled off by the dragoons. This wasn’t some drunken brawl between two normal day wagers, and even if these dragonkin were considered kids by most of society, they were still true dragonkin.

I snapped over to the ice dragons, causing them to stop their cheering. “All of you are currently inside Loatryx, not Kargryx. When you are here, you respect the dragonewt and levianewt citizens. You do not go around flaunting your powers as if this is the wild! I do not care if this is an uncommon occurrence or not; respect the people’s own happiness, or somebody here would have shown you actualanger!”

Griffonpeak, Estralia, Inkoran-Tazul, and Aureolis flashed before my eyes. Nobody died today, that was the only good thing I could focus on.

“Captain!” I called for the dragoons to come over. “I’m still not too aware of the law and how this is handled, but I am sure you can. I want you to inform the dragoon commander about this and have him reach Sieg for me. I want his opinion on how to solve this matter. Until that happens, nobody is allowed to leave your custody.”

“Y-your highness, are you sure about this?” he stuttered, prompting Vifi to come over.

“Just for information, these conflicts happen sometimes and they rarely involve the entire clan because holding dragons in custody for what happened will anger people. The dragoon order will have to deal with things, before the one responsible for the military can speak up. Alextraxus, in this case,” she said in her usual matter-of-fact tone. “You’re inviting trouble, in other words.”

“Let me guess, most of these situations are normal because the royal family doesn’t intervene, right? Because nobody died, and only stuff was destroyed, everything can be pushed under the rug?” I turned to the few dragonewts still staring at the scene, noticing some of them complaining about having lost their homes. “Bring Sieg over, please. I want to learn how he would deal with this.”

“You heard her.” Vifi patted the clearly stressed dragoon captain. “How about this, want me to take over? I was invited to participate by the commander, so it would make sense.”

“… I’ll take you up on that deal, Vifi.”

Seems like she’s getting along with the dragoon order. Good to see she’s expanding her relationship sphere.

As I saw Vifi dash off with her lightning speed, I saw Tasianna talking the ice dragons down as they wanted to complain, prompting Shay and Beth to go over to help her. Honestly, acting like an official probably wouldn’t gain me any fans, but it wasn’t like Iceskale was an easy place to gain followers, anyways. Better act like an adult, I guess.

45 beastmen followers gained

85 human, dwarf, elf, beastmen follower lost

Total follower count updated. Total followers of [Young Sunfang Dragon, Hestia Atsuko Kargryxmor]: 48541

Oh come on! I just said my piece! I complained as I looked at the System messages.

The lost follower count was mostly an update from Hikari, as up until now, I had mostly ignored any lost follower notification to help maintain my sanity. They happened usually daily at random time, so trying to acknowledge each one felt like self-harming.

On the other hand, seeing the dragonewts acknowledging my effort here felt reassuring. It made me think that people were getting fed up with dragons asserting themselves too much, but didn’t want to complain due to how the majority saw the true dragonkin. At least, that was how I reasoned my sudden follower addition. Maybe they were thinking of something else.

“… So you do really care more about these people than us. Your kin!”

I turned around, seeing Kylunavus lower his neck, pushing his face next to my body. I could feel the heat emanating from his mouth and his displeasure at my decision from how his eyes were looking. I recognized them. This was the look of somebody wanting revenge.

“My father sacrificed himself for you! Believing you might be the solution to stopping the civil war, but do you know what I think? Him dying is the reason this civil war will keep escalating because without him, every single person wishing for a bloodless civil war is gone from Lord Maustoovaka’s and Lord Arkanator’s side! You should have stepped into Inferno Nest in the first place, otherwise my father would still be alive!” He opened up his mouth, looking like he wanted to swallow me whole, or burn me with the flame growing inside his throat.

“You—”

I sighed and raised my hand up to stop anybody from interfering. This, too, was part of my responsibility.

“I know my actions up until now haven’t shown it, but it isn’t like I have forgotten my debt to Hedthalak. Your father helped me when he had no obligation to do so; he acted on his ideals,” I said.

“Then your debt is to help our clan exact revenge on his murderer! Maustoovaka must die! He is instigating the situation with how he aims to take down Princess Wendriosa! Use your princess status and get Frozen Nest to finally step out of their bubble and help out, similar to how Empress Melloxtressa helped our Emperor!”

I squinted my eyes. “… I’m not involving my people in my grudge.”

“Coward!” he screamed, stomping his feet down. His anger had overtaken the meekness he felt before. “My brother kept harping on how you can change the course of the civil war, but I don’t see anything! You’re more likely to escalate everything with how those light dragons are looking at you!”

I furrowed my brows, feeling conflicted as I really wanted to punch this guy. Should I really let this kid continue grieving for his dad? He’s spitting at me—Huh?

“My mother has the information to see what their next action is, but you—”

“Shut up!”

Just as I was debating if I wanted to stop this rant, I saw something red appear in the sky before it dived down towards us. Shouting to interrupt Kylunavus, the red object was revealed to be a fire dragonewt and stomped down on the fire dragon’s head, shutting him up by pinning his head into the cracked ground.

As the dust settled, with a few dragoons rushing to my side, brandishing their spears at the interloper, I tilted my head as I recognized the latter’s scent. It wasn’t something I could forget, as they belonged to one of my saviors during the Inferno Nest incident.

“Hey, Princess Hestia!” the man greeted as his appearance came into view, before he snarled at the dragon laying under his feet. “I hope my hatchling brother didn’t annoy you too much!”

I chuckled, happy to see I could use this chance to finally visit clan Kleodrastia. “Yo, Fehrkatruk! Glad to see you’re still as lively as ever … and willing to destroy portions of Iceskale!”

There was a giant crack on the street after he landed on his brother’s head …
