Lunar Supremacy: The Original Alpha

Chapter 175 Life Of The Super Rich Part 2

"I..." Sophia hesitated, her mind swirling with uncertainty.

But Vincent, sensitive to her desires, knew that she was drawn to the golden dress.

"We will take it. Plus, we would also like to buy your finest accessories, show me your most expensive items ." He spoke with a gentle assurance in his voice

"Of course, sir!" Veronica exclaimed, her excitement evident as she bowed her head in gratitude. She had just secured a significant sale, and it appeared that Vincent's shopping spree was far from over.

Guided by the attentive attendant, they continued their shopping through the refined expanse of the store. Vincent's nonchalantly bought some luxury items like it was nothing .

First, his eyes were drawn to a white-gold belt adorned with intricate details and crafted from the finest materials. Its price tag, a staggering $250,000 USD, held little consequence for him.

Next, his gaze fell upon a pair of exquisite T-Strap footwear that Sophia was secretly eyeing. Delicately designed, each step in these luxurious shoes would be a testament to elegance and refinement. Vincent's desire to acquire these rare gems for her compelled him to add another $45,000 to his growing total.

Lastly, his attention turned to a pair of black tea party gloves for women that exuded timeless charm. The delicate lacework and meticulous attention to detail spoke volumes about the artistry behind each stitch. Priced at $5,000 USD, they were the epitome of sophistication and refinement.

Veronica, observing these additional purchases, couldn't help but feel a sense of triumph. Her expertise in curating a selection that appealed to Vincent's and Sophia's refined tastes had paid off, resulting in an extraordinary shopping experience and a substantial contribution to the store's success.

On the road.

"So, where are we going?" Vincent inquired, his hands firmly gripping the steering wheel. Their shopping spree had come to a close, and now their sights were set on the party.

"Hudson Square," she replied.

"Oh, that place," he replied nonchalantly.

Hudson Square may have held a certain allure for the wealthy, but in his eyes, it paled in comparison to the grandeur he had experienced. His journey in life had taken him far, propelled by the support and wealth of Evangeline, whose riches surpassed even those of the renowned Wayne family at their peak.

"So, whose birthday are we attending again?"  he chuckled, realizing he had never bothered to ask whose was the celebrant . The details had slipped his mind, because it was not that important to begin with. He just asked it to start a conversation.

"Oh, it's the birthday of my friend's boyfriend," Sophia informed him. She then shared the story of how she had met Alice after transferring to a more exclusive university.

Alice, an Italian supermodel, possessed not only stunning beauty but also a surprisingly genuine and kind-hearted nature. She shattered any preconceived notions of a superficial persona, proving herself to be more than just a face in the fashion world. This was precisely why Sophia found herself able to connect with her, despite their apparent differences.

"Is her boyfriend a model too?" he asked just for the sake of continuing the conversation.

"I don't know much about him, but I believe his name is Nile Hummer," Sophia replied, her tone conveying a hint of uncertainty.

As soon as she mentioned the name, Vincent's chuckled, and a flicker of disdain crossed his face

'So, it's that jerk's birthday,' he muttered under his breath. The thought of causing trouble for Nile crossed his mind momentarily, but he swiftly dismissed it. He recognized that such actions would be immature and beneath him. With a sigh, he decided to set aside those negative emotions and focus on enjoying the evening.

"You're lucky that I've grown more mature," he sighed.

"But who said I can't steal the spotlight from you?" Vincent's lips curled into a mischievous smirk. He relished the thought of capturing everyone's attention, even if Nile was the supposed center of the celebration.

And with that, he pressed down on the accelerator, unleashing the full power of the car as it surged forward. The engine roared to life, propelling them forward with a sense of exhilaration

The grandeur of the large Hummer Estate greeted everyone with a regal presence, reminiscent of a magnificent palace. Its imposing structure stood tall, commanding attention and admiration from all who laid eyes upon it. The intricate architectural details and the meticulous landscaping added to the aura of grandness, creating an ambiance of elegance and luxury.

But on this day, the estate was transformed into a realm of unparalleled elegance. The grounds buzzed with activity as a multitude of luxury cars made their grand entrance, their presence overshadowing even the most extravagant vehicles.

What once might have been considered a symbol of wealth now appeared commonplace amidst the sheer abundance of high-end automobiles. Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Bugattis, Rolls-Royces, and a myriad of other prestigious brands blended seamlessly into the tapestry of this extraordinary gathering.

But amidst this sea of gold, a diamond always shines brightest.

"Who is that guy?"

As the crowd's attention was captivated by the extravagant display of high-end vehicles, a collective hush fell upon the gathering. All eyes were drawn to a resplendent Golden Bentley Bacalar that effortlessly glided through gate.

The car itself was a masterpiece, exuding opulence and exclusivity, but it was the person behind the wheel who truly commanded attention.

They were swept by a wave of admiration and intrigue upon catching sight of Vincent, his appealing presence irresistibly drawing every woman, whether accompanied by a partner or not.

"Look at how handsome that guy!"

"Is he a model?"

"I have never seen such a charismatic man before ,"

His handsome and confident demeanor, accentuated by his impeccably tailored black luxury suit, had an undeniable effect on the women present. A sense of lust and desire stirred within them, as if his mere presence had the power to ignite a flame. Each glance, each smile, sent shivers down their spines, leaving them captivated by his charm.

Meanwhile, the men couldn't help but feel a pang of insecurity as they observed him. They were accustomed to encountering handsome individuals, but there was something about Vincent that surpassed the ordinary. His charisma radiated from every pore, leaving them questioning their own presence and desirability. It was as if Vincent's out of this world allure had the ability to unsettle even the most confident of men.

"Oh, perhaps I should tone down my presence a bit," Vincent chuckled to himself. He had been consciously managing the intensity of his charisma , but he had allowed a small portion of it to shine through tonight. Little did he anticipate the overwhelming effect it would have on those around him. The extent of his allure took even him by surprise.

"Sophia!" A stunning woman with flowing brown hair and captivating hazel-nut eyes called out, walking slowly towards them with grace.

She was clearly there to see Sophia, but her gaze couldn't help but wander towards Vincent. His irresistible charm and striking appearance were simply too captivating to ignore.

The woman found herself momentarily entranced by his allure, unable to tear her eyes away from his handsome features.

"Hi, Alice," Sophia's words snapped Alice back to reality, breaking her reverie.

"Oh, I apologize, Sophia. Did I offend you? Is this your boyfriend? Is he a model? He looks incredibly handsome!" Alice outgoing and inquisitive nature led her to bombard Sophia with a barrage of questions.

Sophia feeling overwhelmed , turned to Vincent for assistance. Understanding the situation, he let out a soft sigh before taking matters into his own hands.

"Hi, my name is Vincent. I'm Sophia's boyfriend," he introduced himself with a warm smile, extending his hand for a handshake.

"I'm Alice," she replied, taking his hand.

She was taken aback by Vincent's charm once again. As he smiled directly in front of him, his handsomeness seemed to elevate to a new level, leaving her momentarily breathless. But what truly caught her off guard was the overwhelming sex appeal he exuded.

In his presence, she couldn't help but entertain thoughts she never imagined before, thoughts that questioned the boundaries of loyalty and fidelity.

Vincent couldn't help but sense the undercurrent of desire emanating from her gaze and touch, but he maintained his composed demeanor, not revealing his awareness of her feelings. While she was undoubtedly beautiful, he couldn't help but compare her to Erika. In his eyes, her beauty paled in comparison to Erika's almost flawless face.

"Is he not attracted to me?" Alice pondered silently, her thoughts swirling within. Accustomed to being pursued by men, she had developed an intuition for sensing when someone was interested in her. However, with Vincent, she found herself unable to decipher his true intentions. His enigmatic gaze held a captivating mystery that eluded her understanding.

"Can you please let go of my hand now?" Vincent's chuckled , his words jolted her back to reality once again.

"Oh, I'm really sorry, " Feeling embarrassed, she quickly released his hand and offered a sheepish apology. She couldn't believe she had let herself act so forward in front of Sophia's boyfriend.

Unconsciously, she glanced at Sophia, half-expecting to see anger or disapproval in her eyes. However, to her surprise, she was met with a warm smile instead.

Sophia's forgiving demeanor put her at ease, erasing any lingering discomfort she felt from her earlier behavior. It was a gesture of understanding and acceptance, allowing her to relax and let go of her previous embarrassing actions.

Unbeknownst to Alice, Sophia had already come to terms with the fact that Vincent's appeal would draw the attention of many other women. She had long accepted that his  presence would naturally attract admirers.

Therefore, Alice actions didn't faze her in the least. She had foreseen that other women would be drawn to him unconsciously , and she harbored no feelings of possessiveness or insecurity. Instead, she embraced the situation with grace and confidence, fully expecting that she had to share him with others.
